Staff are always excellent and friendly. They know me and my husband by name and make us feel well cared for when we visit. They have an excellent selection of gifts and such as well.

They don't answer their phone. Tried calling 4-5 times over the course of an hour. I need a more reliable pharmacy.

Everyone here is always so friendly! I admit, I was a bit nervous going here at first as I suspect I’m not their target demographic (I’m guessing older cishet white women) but my usual pharmacy didn’t have the medication I need, but I’m glad I did!And they’re fast! From calling the doctor for a new script, to filling it, to checkout!

Fast and friendly service. This is more of a small town feel where the employees and pharmacists know you by name. They have a great gift shop where you can find anyone a gift AND they DELIVER prescriptions within a certain mile radius. Kind and caring from the front counter to the pharmacists who always make themselves available for questions. One of my medicines cost me $250 at all the chain pharmacies with insurance paying part,so I called around and Roanoke Pharmacy for the same medicine cash price $25! So I don't even go through my insurance on one prescription and saves me hundreds of dollars a month at Roanoke Pharmacy. Try them out you won't be disappointed.

I love the friendly staff! I know some changes have happened but they are making some good changes! Phone service is amazing! I can either leave a voicemail and get an answer right back or I can input my prescription to be filled. I can use the website or app to fill my meds. The pharmacists are really helpful when it comes to educating me on my medications.

I cannot begin to explain how disappointed and frustrated I am with Roanoke Pharmacy. I have done everything within my control to help them fill my prescriptions correctly and on time without success. I shouldn’t have to go without my medications because they can’t get it together. No more Roanoke Pharmacy. No more. I am giving 2 stars (instead of one) solely on the cute selection in the gift ship.

This review is only on the pharmacy portion of the business. As a novelty shop it is nice with lots of attractive items.This company was listed on GoodRX and I had my prescription sent to them. I called them the day the prescription came in and they informed me the item was not in stock. They were very professional and prompt. I had no issue at that time. I told them I was reaching out because of GoodRX.Today, I made a point of going out of my way to go by there in terrible weather to be told that they do not work with GoodRX. The lady at the register didn't attempt to see if it worked or not just telling me that she has tried it on her own medications and they came back higher so they don't work.I have always had great luck with GoodRX, especially when using a pharmacy listed on their website with pricing. I had no other reason to know this pharmacy existed. I understand there could be a breakdown but the refusal and matter of fact way this was dealt with was unprofessional. It would have even made more sense if she attempted it and showed that it did not work properly. The answer instead was to blame the website.
