Giving 1 Star for the quality of their flowers. I paid for the flowers to be delivered for a birthday and by the next day the flowers had wilted. I called and asked for a replacement and they happily sent some that they claimed were “fresh off the truck.” They were in fact not as those started to wilt within 48 hours. For the price of their flowers this florist is not worth your money I would recommend finding somewhere else.

Roanoke Florist provided an unforgettable experience for us, especially for Mitch, who lost a bet and had to dress up as a blushing bride. The staff at Roanoke Florist were fantastic and made sure to make the situation as hilariously humiliating as possible for Mitch.
Seeing Mitch, a bearded man, dressed in a full bridal gown with a long train, veil, and bouquet was absolutely ridiculous and side-splittingly funny. The staff were incredible sports, posing for pictures with Mitch, and making sure he stood outside, waving to traffic and posing for even more photos. They really leaned into the spirit of the bet, laughing along with us and ensuring Mitch was the center of attention.
The entire experience was delightfully mortifying for Mitch, and the flowers were absolutely stunning! If you're looking for a florist that not only provides beautiful arrangements but also engages in fun, memorable, and slightly embarrassing experiences, Roanoke Florist is the place to go. Thank you to the wonderful team for helping to create such a memorable and humiliating moment for Mitch!
We even heard whispers that the staff want Mitch to make another visit, and we think that would be absolutely hilarious. We can't wait for the next opportunity to come back and create even more unforgettable memories!

I ordered 2 bunches of flowers and they both turned out beautiful. I got several comments on how beautiful and unique the arrangement was. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to others.

Easy online ordering with lots and lots of choices. It was also clear which areas they did deliver in, so I could verify my friend's address against their delivery zones. I didn't get to see the flowers in person, but my friend called me crying so she absolutely loved them. They also called me for as they had other delivery options so we could make delivery even sooner than I thought. Thank you!

I received flowers last week that were a disappointment, in less than 15 hours most were droopy and some completely dead. To my surprise they sent me a new bouquet and they are absolutely gorgeous. I was so surprised, they went above and beyond in making a mistake right. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Popped in yesterday to pick up an arrangement for our anniversary. It was my first time coming in, and I was greeted with a smile and invited to check out what they had in stock. I mentioned the occasion for which I was shopping to the very nice florist who was working at the time, and she offered to create an arrangement for me from scratch. I mentioned that my wife likes calalillies, so she came up with an arrangement with those mixed in. Fast forward, and my wife loved the flowers, and our living area where the arrangement is displayed smells fantastic! We are both pleased, and we will be back here again for sure!

I've been here 3 times over the last year and have been pleased every time. Twice were for Mother's Day arrangements that I had the make custom and the third was a pre made one for a birthday. Each time the flowers were fresh and lasted quite a while. The costumer service is excellent and each of my custom arrangements all I told them was my wife's favorite flowers and they put together a great product.

My boyfriend from Louisiana sent me flowers from here twice both times they start dying day one. My office is kept ice cold an my flowers are almost completely dead on day 3 its crazy all that money gone will never buy from here again
