This review is for the window treatment department. We decided to go with roller shades for the bedrooms of our new home from Home Depot, it took almost 1 YEAR from the time we ordered to the time they actually came in. Not exaggerating, a year. We even chose a different fabric since we were told our original choice was back ordered. We called the company directly and found it was just pure laziness and sloppiness on Home Depot's part. Flash forward 2 years, we built a second home and don't ask me why we decided to go through this same department/location again (yes the price is great but not worth the frustration). The process went smoother this time around however one of our shades is now half fallen down (installer didn't use anchors into drywall) and we have been trying for months to just get an answer whether or not these there is a warranty and we can get it fixed or if we need to go through a separate party. We have called no less than 10 times, gone in person and sat down with workers at this window treatment department, and no one can give us an answer. They always take our phone number down yet no one calls us back. It is truly infuriating we just want answers. We just want the decency of getting a phone call back. We will never work with this location again and I recommend anyone reading this to avoid.

Jeff in the paint section is phenomenal. he is so kind, patient, helpful, and informative. He really went above and beyond to help me with my current paint projects, and truly knows his stuff which is additionalLu helpful! Not once did I or anyone else receiving his help feel rushed, nor like he was inattentive. great employee!

Some of the laziest employees I've ever met, came in looking for a replacement smoke detector asked 3 employees not a single one asked what brand or model they acted annoyed when asked and pointed at a isle and said I'll find it there just to find out they don't even carry it

I needed an insulated cover for an outside sprinkler head, wal-mart didn't have any and when i got here they were out also, oh well! However, i did find some storage containers that i needed and at a great price. Better built and better priced than that of wally world. I would like to say also, that the employees here are also great, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what i was lookin for so my shopping experience was successful. I like this location and will be back as soon as i am in need of something else.

The manager has a problem with taking accountability. Honestly, the employees were great and helpful. The manager, Courtney said she would get a third party truck and have our refrigerator delivered at no cost to us. We needed some time to think because it was an incredibly expensive purchase. However, when we went to make the purchase for the refrigerator at customer service, Courtney was there surrounded by fellow employees. When we thanked her for free delivery she then told us she didn't know what we were talking about, like we had just made it up. Perhaps it was because she was around other employees? I'm not sure. I do know that the manager completely lied to us. We didn't appreciate that at all. We also wanted to buy a washer and dryer from them but after the manager refused to take accountability for what she had done I was just over the whole situation and don't want anything else from there.

Disappointing, on taking accountability. The customer service agent was going to have a manger call me and it never happened. If you are going to work for the name on that shirt you wear, please show some ethics and professionalism....

I checked online to make sure this store had a product I wanted. It showed over 50 of this item in stock on the web site.I drove over an hour to get there. I couldn't find the item and looked for assistance. The only person I could find was the lady in the paint department. (she was very helpful and nice). She called for someone to help me. I stood in the aisle for about 30 minutes and no once came to assist. She again called for assistance for me and no one showed up. She said that all the associates had gone outside.??? I was researching what I needed for the hour I was waiting and figured it out on my own. Then when I went to the register, I was denied my military discount because I didn't have my phone to download some app. If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. I wasted a quarter tank of gas to get this treatment. Not again. Lowes will get all of my business from now on. I feel disrespected in every way, shape and form from this store. Plus I spent over $20 in gas for a wasted trip.

Customer Service 5/5. We needed a fan that was on the top shelf. An employee immediately helped us by getting the raising ladder to get the fan from the top of the shelf.Quick check out.Even though it was busy, everyone was actively working to help customers.

When ordering any appliance, check that it is physically in stock. If it's not, they will give you false delivery dates that mean nothing. Then they will continually send updates a few days before every delivery date pushing the date out a random amount. You may never see the appliance.
