“Glen at store 4318 went above and beyond to help me. I had an authorship order that did not process due to failed payment. I reached out to corporate because my order showed to still be processing a month later and the buttons to cancel were disabled. Corporate was no help at all. I called the local store and was blessed because I got Glen. Glen is one of the best retail employees I have ever engaged with. He did all he could to resolve the issue. Ended up it was corporate who needed to intervene. So then, Glen gave me 10% off so my pups could get their food. BTW - Bella and Bandit (the pups) said to give Glen a raise. You don’t want to lose a great employee who, despite the system being difficult, was super positive and proactive to help us. Seriously- he deserves a raise. He’s amazing. Keep Glen happy!!!!”

“My 2 fur boys and I love the pet supplies plus. I always take my boys to get wash there. Crew who works there are so friendly and they were making sure I'm getting enough help. They were also friendly to my boys. I love going there and take my boys to wash. You will save so much money and I believe it's better for the dog owner to wash their own dogs instead of having a stranger to groom your dog. You don't know what's behind the scene! I get to spend good quality time with my boys and they were happy to be cleaned and they are super fresh and they were play play play afterwards ,that makes me happy. I Support 100% local business. I love this self dog wash area they keep this place is so nice and clean. That makes me want to keep this place clean for after customer to use. I thank you so much for all these people that works here and keeping up the business. does.com chewy or Sam's Club or Walmart they can't do this kind of service. I used to wash my boys in my house one of the sink. They make so much mess ,and if you were going to take the boys to the groomers that's gonna cost so much money. If you do it yourself and you know what kind of shampoo you can use and spend a quality time on taking care of your fur babies . They have a value punch card for 5 dog wash. I will recommend that if you have more than one pet to wash. My dogs and I love to go there. It is becoming our customs after wash I get my fur babies some treats.”
