This is my top recommendation for eye care in the metroplex to friends. Dr. Benedick is detailed and knowledgeable. She always explains so I feel "in-the-know" myself. Twice she's quickly helped both my boys with eye infections and an uncommon condition another time that we got on top of right away. Highly recommend.

Being new to Texas, I was worried about finding a good eye doctor. All worries and anxieties vanished after my experience at the MYEyeDr. located in Roanoke, Texas. The level of professionalism really shines from beginning to end of my last visit this year. I highly recommend, great optometrist and great office management staff as well.

One of THE best experiences for my eye checkup EVER! This place is amazing! The doctor listened intently and helped me try several different lenses until i found the most comfortable pair of contact lenses. Im so impressed with this beautiful office and the customer service. I will be coming here for years!

I love this MyEyeDr location! ? I've been going here for 3 years and I will not go anywhere else. Mrs. Katrina Carpenter and the entire staff are very customer friendly and equally professional! I love my glasses and the fit is perfect! That's why I have purchased 2 pair from this location!

The MyEyeDr Roanoke location is the best. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are like family. I moved to Florida but come back to Texas regularly to have my eye care needs met by this office. Dr. Benedick is thorough, patient and friendly. I refer family there all the time!

I drove to this location because it was a referral from a family member. It was worth the longer drive. The moment I walked in .. I was greeted with a smiling face and she explained my visit cost in great detail . The Tech was so helpful and nice. You could tell she truly enjoys her work & is there to treat you with first class service & technology. The Doctor was truly incredible. The most thorough exam .. I have had . It was such an awesome experience. At the end of my appointment .. I was greeted with a very knowledgeable & super helpful person. I couldn’t believe the deal .. we got on contacts and sunglasses! I would recommend this office .

I recently went to an appointment at this office in Roanoke. It was absolutely the most amazing experience I have ever had with an eye doctor. Everyone was so helpful and polite , the doctor was so awesome I absolutely love her! And I got glasses and contacts for a reasonable price and the lady ordering everything was so helpful.

These guys always take care of me, I have rimless glasses and I have the absolute worst luck having the lenses (get sat on) accidentally pop out.Katrina is my saviour! always so sweet and understanding, last time it seems as if she bullet proofed them! Just ordered a second pair after my latest exam.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cassie Benedick and all of the other staff I encountered. I just moved to this area so I needed a new eye doctor and I’m really happy I found this place! I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Just finished with my first appointment at MyEyeDr. What a great experience, all around. The doctor conducted a very thorough exam, the opticians were honest and helpful! The staff was just great! They also had a great selection of frames! This is going to be my forever eye doctor.

This is the third time I’ve come to this office and the posted hours say it should be open, but it’s actually closed. I don’t have time to chase your hours of operation. Update then so people aren’t wasting their time please.
