Was thing that ever happened was when metro partnered with T-Mobile. Customer service is rude and mean. Agents at the store have zero professionalism.

Store front door was locked. No sign explaining anything just a locked door around 1pm - 3pm . Not even sure if this store is open or permanently closed. I'll never return here again.
