I spent hours on the phone trying to get my service to work and the phone representatives couldn’t help me so I decided to visit this location and the two representatives at this store were able to solve my problem in a matter of 5 minutes. 5 starts for them! I can’t remember their names but it was Monday 9th at around 3:28 PM.

Went to the Roanoke store.Sadiq helped me with vmy problem showed me what I needed to know very quickly in a way I could understand.So glad he's there.

Today I visited Metro T-Mobile Roanoke. I found the representative very knowledgeable and he helped for everything I requested.
I recommend this store to my family and friends because they have very good deals.

Was thing that ever happened was when metro partnered with T-Mobile. Customer service is rude and mean. Agents at the store have zero professionalism.
