I spent hours on the phone trying to get my service to work and the phone representatives couldn’t help me so I decided to visit this location and the two representatives at this store were able to solve my problem in a matter of 5 minutes. 5 starts for them! Went to the Roanoke store.Sadiq helped me with vmy problem showed me what I needed to know very quickly in a way I could understand.So glad he's there.
