Always have great experience dropping of my donations, the staff are so helpful and unload my car. So many time I try to help but they take things from me as I am walking in, they are trained well. As a non-profit it is against policy to cash tip employees at donation centers, but they can accept gift-cards so if a local fast food place is near by, get them one. Happy minimization day to me!!

Just went to donate 8 bags of clothing. Tried to call before but no one answered phone. Got there and a very crabby gentleman came out and said very rudely they are full and not accepting donations. They can forget any future donations, either answer the phone and/or update your website. People are trying to do the right thing and donate items, don't make it so difficult.I immediately called North Texas Charities in Roanoke. They answered the phone and could not have been nicer giving directions and even asking if I needed assistance dropping off. They will be receiving all future donations from us.

The staff was very friendly and polite. They helped me unload my donations from the back of my truck. And very promptly gave me the receipt for my taxes.

Excellent service. I asked for help unloading my car due to my recent shoulder surgery and the two gentlemen working were gracious enough to carry all of my donations in.

For some reason they were open but refused to take our donations and the donations of other people who came to donate. The store manager was shouting at the customers and throwing the donations back in their cars. That was a weird experience!!

Pulled up, they opened the door took my donations. No questions asked. Took less than 2 minutes. Awesome!

Went to location to make a donation during posted business hours - was 45 minutes after location was to be open for business. Door was locked, no answer when I knocked on the door & no answer when a phone call was made. VERY disappointed with this location it used to be fantastic.
