Always gotten exactly what I have asked for at this place. Wether
Its from tom to pheonix to everyone else that works here. I know that there is a bit of a language barrier, but I have never had a problem with showing them exactly exactly what I want pointing out anything that I don’t like right then and there and they have no attitude problem giving me what I want.
They are very nice to me and always have been and I appreciate everybody that works here. They have people that have really great talent! Once again thank you to everyone at this place i am in love w my nails like always

Update...
After much advice from friends I went back for a refund. They do not offer refunds but insisted on redoing the paint job on my fingers and toes. They did a much better job this time around but I spent another 1.5 hours getting it done right. I wish they could take the time and do it right the first time around and save people's valuable time. If their polish is the problem why do they even offer it? They said it would look better with gel polish
Which is a $20 upgrade. I don't understand why they don't just use quality products everytime? They took their time and did a great job but tgat should have been the case the first time.

Waisted over 2 hours and ended up with an armature job. Not worth the time or money. I think part of it was the type polish they use. It was streaky and clumpy. I pointed out how bad it looked and the lady tried to redo it. It looked a little better but I think I could do a better job myself. The nails were not filed straight at all and I had to ask for that to be fixed. I said I had alread cut them and didn't want them any shorter but she chose to cut them anyways and make them uneven and extremely short. Someone else took over and tried to make them not so jagged and had to trim them even shorter. There is still polish on my toes that was not cleaned up. After spending all that time and money I feel like I need to remove all the polish and do it myself. The manicure was a little better and looks nice but my cuticles look bad and they were filed too short also. Although they were very nice I don't feel like it was quality work and definitely not worth the time or money. Not planning to return.

I had been coming to this nail shop for the last few months of 2023 and into 2024. I was last here in March. Today I came in for my much anticipated pedi & gel fill. Not too long after the nail tech started my pedicure, I felt a pinch on my toe! I yanked my foot back. I knew it was an accident so I kept scrolling on my phone. All of a sudden, I noticed her dabbing my toe with cotton. And I saw blood on the cotton! I yanked my foot back again and the toe I felt the pinch on was profusely bleeding!! I got the attention of another nail tech ( young girl) and she went to get tissue. I expected them to tell Wendy but they didn't. After the bleeding didn't stop, I got Wendy's attention and she came over. I showed her my bleeding toe and told her what happened. The nail tech apologized over and over but my toe was bleeding and hurting! Believe it or not, Wendy actually offered me GLUE to put on my toe to stop the bleeding!! I couldn't believe that!! Nail glue?? On a cut on my toe?? On my skin?!? No thank you! I was then offered Neosporin. I requested another nail tech. Wendy started my gel fill and told me I only have to pay $35 instead of $52. I then told her that I shouldn't have to pay anything considering my toe has a cut on it, I'm in pain and I'm the one who has to deal with it for the next couple weeks! She then went down to $30. Then I decided to leave a review. When Wendy saw me writing a review HERE, she told me my pedicure would be free. And it was. But it wouldn't have been if she hadn't seen me writing this review. Which means she cares about what her paying customers sat about her business. This was my favorite nail shop in the area. But I can't shake how they literally offered me GLUE to stop the bleeding on my toe! I love the drinks and the atmosphere but offering me GLUE to put on my skin to stop the bleeding was it for me. I won't be going back.

They do great nails! If you have time to wait. I got to the salon and one of the employee’s was just standing there watching another employee. I had two people with me getting nails. A lady walks in behind us and gets serviced right away. Because of that, I was running late getting to where I needed to go. I knew with two people we would be awhile, but I would have gotten out of there a lot sooner if people weren’t getting served before people that were already waiting.
Requested style: Just regular nails with a couple of gems.

I went here regularly for my mani/pedi. I tip very well (20-25%). I make an appointment 100% of the time, as with most people (we work, have kids, run errands etc). Every time I make an appt, I have to wait 15-30 mins WITH an appt which is unacceptable. Overlapping appts which means you’re rushed if you make your appt (because another one is overlapping yours!) I work from home so most times I’m flexible, but tht is by choice. Disorganized is an understatement - it’s about the greed. Have the courtesy to say, can we make it for a diff time, I can at least no what to expect. There are way too many salons and competition, tht all it takes is a courtesy to tell customers “that time won’t work…” They don’t respect your time an effort, this is a business and they treat it like a conveyor belt!

I'm gonna give it one because the service was great but my older sister wanted the acrylic nail for her toe and the lady said it was fine but then she didn't put both her toe she did one instead and I spoke to her and I said her toe is not equally and she said why didn't she tell me she wanted both and I said I thought you knew you were doing both the owner saw and I spoke to her and I said you were there and the lady said with her attitude that her she said why didn't you tell me if it's gonna be both. second the other lady she did my mom nail and she request a french tip and she said can I have a French tip instead of the white color can I have a purple and she said yes but she didn't do the French tip. she color her purple toe but not French tip. I'm very disappointed to be honest. I will never come back.

Well, Tom did it again he always understands the look I’m going for and he always goes above and beyond. I have an event this Saturday that is for May 4th be with you and I am definitely ready. He takes his time every single time, and I have never, and I do mean never had any problem with lifting of my nails!!!!! I love this place

writing this as i wait for my friend to finish, they did amazing! the shaping was perfect and the design was exactly what i wanted. they were sweet enough to give me a small discount because i was iffy on an add-on that turned out to be perfect!! overall a lovely experience!<3

This was my first time going here. I took my younger cousin as well. They were very nice here. I feel like a lot of nail places now days are in such a rush that they do not listen and get upset if you would like something hanged about your nails. NOT this place, both all 3 techs were so friendly and chatty. Asked us several times if we liked our shape and designs we picked. And Tom my tech didn't have any problem when I let him know that my left hand French was thicker than the right. He was so kind fixed it and double checked he had it right. I found my nail salon, can not recommend them enough!
