This FedEx has the best customer service. The manager is so helpful and goes above and beyond. Our orders are always completed correctly and on time.

My son went to our local FedEx here in Roanoke, Texas, inside of Walmart, and the lady who assisted him multiple times (he came back for different things throughout the day between his yard jobs ) was absolutely amazing. She was very patient, caring, and assisted him with getting things printed up for scholarships and other mailed, as he is about to graduate. I am sorry I do not know her name. I was not there, but a very sincere thank you for service above and beyond - when I came home from work, he had glowing things to say, and could not have gotten things taken care of in a timely matter without the help!

This is a great FedEx office location. Tristan is always very helpful and personable. Our Christmas cards came out great and were much less expensive than other options. We'll be back!

I needed a complicated, last minute job and Matt the manager got it done and really helped me out of a jam. I appreciate his professionalism and calm. The place was really busy and he found a way to make every customer feel like they were number one. Great job.

My husband has used this FedEx location for work for years. So when some of my family decided they couldn't come for Christmas, and I was left with a pile of oddly shaped presents to ship, he sent me here.Matt and his staff are AMAZING! Polite, calm, cheerful & capable. I literally walked in with a cart full of gifts - odd shapes and sizes, mason jars, bags, boxes & Christmas stockings - and Matt just worked it all out. It was fast, stress-free, and surprisingly affordable. (Why did I think FedEx would be more expensive than USPS? I was wrong!). They've got my business forever, and I strongly encourage anyone with things to ship or mail to go see Matt!

The woman working the desk did not know how to print a label, nor package a laptop in a box. Three phone calls and 30 minutes later I received a receipt. Really questioning if the laptop will get to its destination. This was on a Saturday. Why would you have someone so inexperienced working the desk alone?

I want everyone to know how Matt the store manager went above and beyond for me! I have to print a weekly schedule for the company I work for and I use a Fed Ex gift card for printing- I just put money on the card and I wondered why my card wasn’t in my wallet and when I got to Fed Ex today to do the print out- Matt had found my gift card from last week and saved it for me- I had accidentally left it there! Fed Ex you have a caring employee and I always enjoy going to this location!

I would rate with zero stars if that was an option. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY EXPEDITED SERVICES WITH FEDEX. IT IS NOT GUARANTEED, and WILL NOT BE REFUNDED WHEN THEY FAIL TO DELIVER ON TIME! On 03/20, I wanted to shop a 9 lb. package to my mom to arrive on her birthday (03/23). I was quoted $206 for delivery on 03/23, $35 for delivery on 03/24. I chose to pay the $216 (guaranteed by noon) so my mom would get it ON her birthday. Noon that day came and went, tracking only reporting that it had been picked up. By 6 pm, tracking said it was out for delivery by the end of the day. I called FedEx to see if it had been lost. They said they'd open an investigation. Still nothing by 10pm. At 10am the next day, I got a text notification that it had finally been delivered. I received a follow up call the next day, they were checking to see if it had been delivered. I told them it had, although a day late, and I'd like to start procedures to refund the difference. (Note, just the DIFFERENCE in shipping cost, not a full refund.) She gave me the direct line to the Refunds and Credits department. Life happened, and it's only today that I was able to follow up with them during business hours. As I was going through the prompts to get a representative, the automated voice told me to have my account number ready. I thought I might be in the wrong place, as I'm not a business, but I finally got a live person. After explaining the situation, the rep told me that DUE TO COVID, all refunds have been suspended. I said, "Okay, but COVID has been a thing for over a year, and you guys STILL are having logistics issues?!" I asked if I was a business, with an account number, would we be having a different conversation, to which he replied, "Business do get discounts." He just kept spouting the same script over and over. I've worked in a call center before, I understand that it's your job to deter supervisor involvement. But I asked to speak to one any way. In comes Mike, the "Floor Manager." I explained the situation again, and he repeated the policy. I told him, I wasn't asking for a full refund, only the difference in shipping cost from Overnight ($216) to 2nd day($35). I was even willing to take credit instead of a refund. A credit. THEY GET TO KEEP THE MONEY. Nope. But then Mike told me that as of today 04/06, anything shipped Overnight DOES have a money back guarantee. "So this is more about policy than it is the procedure of refunding or crediting," I said. "You CAN do it, you just won't." He didn't have a script for that, so he kept falling back on the same tired lines. I told him that after the holidays, my family has lost faith in USPS, and collectively decided to switch to FedEx, that I know we wouldn't bring in as much revenue as a business, but when asked why he was willing to lose all future business from me and my family over $160 (rounding down for unforeseen charges on my part), he conceded that my point was valid, but his hands were tied. I'm not sure how much volume FedEx does annually, but if you can't figure out logistics of shipping during Covid after OVER A YEAR, perhaps I shouldn't trust their reputation after all.
