“Alex in the Walmart pick up did awesome. Walmart had to replace a toy we ordered because they didn’t have it (hence 4 stars rather than 5) but Alex ran (literally) inside twice to get the best replacement for us, and he did it with a great attitude. That’s going above and beyond for customer service! These are the guys who move ahead in laugh purely on their pleasant and can-do disposition. Anyways, hope Walmart gives that kid an extra $1 or $2 per hour.”
“Was checking out today and hit the cash back button for $20.00. Immediately got distracted by my Step Daughter and granddaughter as they were hitting the bank. Needless to say I walked away and forgot that$20.00. About an hour later my wife said "you need to call them and see if it got turned in. I laughed but called them. Turns out an employ found it and turned it in. They asked me if I had a receipt, which I did. Drove back up there and after they reviewed security camera's and my receipt I walked out with my $20.00. Awesome to experience the great people who have Honesty and Integrity. Thank you”
