I go quite often because I have no other options near my house, very rude and hateful staff, the guys are quite disinterested and the girls especially “the blonde” always talks to you in a disrespectful way and never offers help when you have a issue, it seems that they hate that you use the coupons from the app or that you want to do a weekly deal. Terrible customer service

Worst pharmacy ever! They have the worst hours, awful customer service, and they screw up orders and send you to the back of the line after you wait for almost an hour at times. Even the CVS website is horrible.

Worst pharmacy experience. We are military and have 1 RX insurance. They have mistakenly entered a secondary insurance which isn’t even an insurance, it’s Express Scripts which is a delivery service. Because of this incompetence, it’s caused issues with getting authorizations from my primary insurance company because they say CVS has to run the “secondary insurance” first. There is no secondary! Each month we fill the same handful of RXs for myself and my son. Now, each time I go to pick up they tell me my insurance is not covering the RXs due to this issue. My RXs are supposed to be covered but primary thinks their is a secondary insurance which needs they need to be run thru. For some reason CVS can’t fix this system issue. The lines are extremely long and slow. When I got to the front to pick up my RXs I was told if I didn’t want to pay for them, I would need to go to another pharmacy associate so I did that. Instead of fixing the problem, she just repeats that’s I will need to pay and that my insurance denied coverage. No help. It’s a hassle each time. I would switch back to Walmart but they no longer take our Tricare insurance. One of the worst experiences with a retail store I’ve ever had!

By far the worst customer service I have experienced. The Pharmacy/ Pharmacist is horrible. Store is pretty clean but they do not care about customer service. Unfortunately I go here for meds . I’ll be switching soon.

As a type 1 diabetic, I've been trying to obtain insulin from this CVS Pharmacy for over a week now, and the experience has been nothing short of infuriating. The staff here are incredibly lazy and consistently provide conflicting information. They told me my insulin would be available one day, but when I arrived, they said to come back tomorrow. Tomorrow comes, I wait in their absurdly long lines, only to be told it still isn't in stock. This pattern repeated for two more days, each time with a different excuse.
When I finally asked why my insulin still wasn't available, the lady i spoke to was shockingly rude. Instead of offering any real assistance, she dismissively told me to call another CVS and refused to check the system properly, claiming she "didn't want to." This level of incompetence and indifference is completely unacceptable.
I can honestly say I've never had a positive experience at this CVS. Their lack of organization, lazy staff, and complete disregard for customer service have left me not only upset but genuinely concerned for my health. If you rely on timely medication or expect even basic professionalism, avoid this CVS at all costs.

I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Arnela, a pharmacy tech at the CVS on N. Hwy 377 in Roanoke. My son needed a prescription, but the cost was very high. Arnela went above and beyond to help me! She tirelessly checked my insurance multiple times and never seemed frustrated, even though I called back a few times to sort things out. Thanks to Arnela's patience and persistence, we were able to find a savings card that brought the price down significantly. Arnela's dedication to customer service is truly exceptional. Thank you, Arnela!

This pharmacy has really stepped up its game over the last few years, and the pharmacy drive thru is a quick and easy experience! The staff are always friendly and helpful if I call for information about my prescriptions.

Store hours: 7:00-10:00
Locked door. Nice one CVS. The next closest one that’s open is 20 minutes away and I just hopped off my night shift and I’m trying to make a quick run because I hurt myself, then go to bed.
Fix your hours on the door and here or hold your employees accountable for showing up on time and opening the store. My manager would have me nailed into the parking lot if I did this, it’s not acceptable.
