I alway like to see small businesses succeed! So when they started caring disposable vapes I stop going to artisan vapor to support these guys. Over the past month I've probably spent close to $500 there. Today I got a vape and about 2 hours later it stopped working fully( burner going out or something) so went up there with my recipe and told the guy what was going on and he said that they wouldn't take it back for help reason. VERY VAPOR SHOP HAS A 24 HOUR RETURN POLICY for this issue. After him say that he just walked with this $30 item I got from them that was still full. I was hoping to support this local business but this is a good example of why small businesses fail. Start taking care of your customers instead of yourself. I hope to hear back from you guys. Will check for a updates on here. Hopefully you can show everyone by taking care of this issue to restore my rating and customer Confidence.
