Joke place and unknowledgeable staff member. I will cancel both chase personal and business account and switch to another better customer serving financial institution.

Drove 50 min here twice. To get an appointment set up. Got one set up. Lady that gave me appointment didn’t tell me what I needed to bring. Alexus said she couldn’t help me very rude!!!! Never come to this location!
