This place saved my day! My friend and I were traveling from SPI to Houston and noticed a scraping sound when we hit a dip. Pulled in the Valero, and my skid guard is missing two bolts and dragging. We saw the shop and took a chance that they could help. A very kind young man came out and zip tied it up for us… we made the drive home with no further issues, and no stress from a flapping plate. I cannot thank you enough for helping us out! We had no other alternatives and we just really appreciate the kindness. ☺️

The guy is disrespectful on the phone. Once he finds out the job is too dificuly and can't make any money out of you, he hangs up on you. Don't expect to be helped any further.

It was 5am and I was broke down 45 miles from Corpus and I called my roadside assistance. No tow service from the the assistance was willing to drive to pick me up and tow me back to Corpus. Luckily I met a couple that stopped by to see if I was ok and they recommended I call Rivera I did and without hesitation said they would be r there in 30 minutes. Arrived hooked my vehicle up and delivered me and my car to where I needed to be. Very courteous driver.Highly recommend if your in need of a tow.

The person who answered the phone said he couldn’t change our flat tire today (a Saturday!) and hung up on me!!! He didn’t even give us the name of someone who could help! Very rude! Luckily, we called Anderson Tire and he came in under 5 minutes!! Super nice. I suggest anybody reading this to please use ANDERSON!!! All I have to say is: Karma is a bit$h!!!

Called for what he advertises clearly on his Google page 24hrs as soon as I called didn't even get to say hello he just said I'm closed and he hung up lol it was bearly 6pm

These guys were incredible. New Tire blew out my jetski trailer coming back from SPI and I didn't have a spare. These guys didn't have that tire in stock and still managed to go buy the correct tire in a nearby town,drive to me changing out the tire all in less than an hour. These guys didn't have that tire in stock and still managed to go buy the correct tire in a nearby town,drive to me changing out the tire all in less than an hour. Had a blowout on my way back from SPI, limped an hour down US-77 to this place which was the nearest tire shop, staff hung up on me when I called the first time, called back and spoke with someone who said he was off that day even though it's the number listed on Google and gave me a second number to call. That guy told me he could help if I got in before lunch at noon, pulled up at 11:45 and the guy was already gone. Ended up driving another hour north to a better shop.You'd think these guys make a lot of their money on stuff like this, but zero help, zero customer service, rude on the phone and waste of time.
