Provides excellent customer service from the staff down to the manager. Their motto is pawn shops are the best opportunity in purchasing musical instruments especially guitars. I was very fortunate on three occasions to find three rare and unique guitars and amps. On my last occasion, they had a D-1 Martin with original case in excellent condition. I was able to buy it in one day. This 1996 guitar is rare because the Martin Company has stopped production of this model. I highly recommended this business, especially to young people who are interested in playing an instrument or those who like to collect. You will not be disappointed.

I went here and bought red dead redemption for xbox. Got home found out there was only one disc, it needs two. Tried to get a refund the next day, didn't happen. Wouldn't even exchange. I'm so disappointed especially because me and my family have spent so much in here. Won't be coming back, that's for sure. Make sure you check what you're getting. They will rip you off if they get the chance.

Went here to pawn my laptop and I want to first start by saying that it’s really clean & organized in there. I’ve never seen a pawn shop so organized ! Every one was friendly & helpful! Definitely recommend this shop!

First time I’ve ever been in here, and staff was welcoming and inviting and knowledgeable! Alan helped me when I was in a bind and offered the best he could, and it was satisfactory service from the time I came in and the time I went out!I highly recommend them!

Very friendly service and they understood my situation and worked with me to get the money I needed during these hard times. I just recently started a new job as a manager and this loan is what I needed to get by till I start getting my full checks. Ide give these guys 6 stars if I could. I highly recommend to all needing to pawn or sell.

not surprised they are already 5 stars. i didn't realize i came in at almost close and they were all still super nice and got me a pretty sweet ladder. i appreciate people being nice cuz i have had some long days myself and i'm not always as patient as they were with me. i'll be back for sure.
