“This is a small neighborhood pharmacy is fantastic & the people that work there are so nice, I was having a difficult time filling an Rx at one of those big box stores (W***r**s)- the staff at those big stores treat you like a number and do not care whether they have a certain medication or whether they can even get it.A&P has always been able to get my meds right on time and they let me know in advance that they have it and are filling it - they call me!!! I don’t have to hunt them down or hold on the phone forever waiting to talk to someone. I love that they always have Christian praise music on when I go in too.Highly, highly, highly recommend.”

Maria uncovered the issue as being the doctors office was sending the prescription to wrong pharmacy. Maria, pharmacy tech, was able to get the incident corrected and Matt, the pharmacist, was able to communicate the issue with the alternate pharmacy and get the prescription filled. “Need to take a moment to talk about Sam's Club Bakery and Mrs. Annie! We come to this Sam's because it's always clean and very friendly! We brought our mother along to do some Sunday shopping with us. I told her about their fresh Cinnamon Rolls with sour cream frosting. We came upon the bakery and a big ole empty spot where they are usually at! Oh know! We saw an employee named Mrs Annie and asked about them. She said they were cooling down and I could possibly get some before leaving to check back. 25mins later nothing yet. I saw Annie and she said "oh hey! I got your cinnamon rolls right in back ready to go! The only ones packaged but ready, extra frosting and man did I feel VIP in front of my mother in law! Sam's Club..... Annie is the best face of your bakery. Please give her a raise! That's the customer service people brag about! Thank you Mrs. Annie!”

“I’ve been with Albertsons on Clifford a long time and this set of Pharmacists is the best they have had. They are patient, compassionate and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a pharmacist listen and ask questions to make sure a new medicine was appropriate for me. Also, when I had to sign something I hadn’t signed before I wasn’t listening as well as I should have but just signed it….. I know that was on me but the next day I asked the pharmacist and he could have been annoyed but he met my dysfunctional brain with kindness and explained thoroughly. I really appreciate this.
