They ask how my grandmother is doing when I come pick up prescriptions for myself, they’re patient, knowledgeable, just everything you could dream of in a pharmacy. “Best gas! I used to get my gas all the time at Costco. My car would run really rough. When I got gas at Sam's Club my car stopped running rough. I tried these out a few times and I've decided Sam's club gas makes my car run better. Downfall, not as cleaned up area.”

And even when they experience a drug shortage or other problem (typically, one that is beyond their control), they do their best to provide the needed medication.”
“We have been coming to this location for 10+ years. We have all the good things to say about it. This particular day I witnessed an “above and beyond” experience. I parked next to a cart corral as I sanitized it, I noticed a homeless man walking my direction next to a cart boy who’s name I did not get but he was working July 16 between 5-6:30pm. I heard the young boy tell the man that he couldn’t wonder in the parking lot. The man and the young boy carried a easy going conversation the entire time which ended with the man saying “thanks for letting me know I will make myself scarce”. The young boy thanked him for understanding. The young boy proceeded to gather carts and take them to the store, at this point I’m walking in and behind me is the homeless man, he was trying to get the young boys attention to ask if he could exchange a hot water (almost 100 degrees outside) for a cool one that the cart boys keep in an outside fridge to use for their work day. The young boy said “yeah man no problem we will get you a cold water.” He then proceeds to ask his co worker who was free at the time to grab a cold water for this man. The man profoundly thanks him and they all go about their day. I took the time to write about this “mundane” moment because honestly it is so hard to run into genuinely kind hearted people. This young cart boy treated this man just like human beings should treat each other. I often see quite the opposite. This man was not a costumer and this young boy treated him as if he was and that honestly melted my heart. Who ever raised him did a fine job and Sams is lucky to have him. It is nice to see that a man in this man’s situation got to experience being treated so kindly and respectfully.”

“Update 4/19/2024: Parking is somewhat better. Whoever is the project manager for the new parking structure and plan for vehicles during construction should find a different profession though.If you can pick up most of your prescriptions after 5 PM weekdays or any time on weekends should transfer your prescriptions to them, you wont be sorry.”
“The pharmacist and staff are so sweet. He stayed 15 minutes after they closed to make sure that I got my tamiflu prescription from another pharmacy that was out of stock. That is an example of customer service.”
“I like this location the most out of the Ft Worth locations and it also seems to have the least amount of homeless individuals roaming around out front as well. They do rely heavily on self checkout here so be prepared for that. Overall, takes care of all of my needs and the workers are always friendly.”

This girl went far far out of her way to help me get what I needed, educated me on the process, and made sure I left with the best possible option, for my not so fun situation. It’s extremely rare to come across people in this industry, that can carry a genuinely helpful soul. She went above and beyond to take care of me, with a supremely frustrating physical condition. I felt like I was advocated for and fully taken care of. Phenomenal person, had to come on here to share that. The rest of the staff is also always super kind. My go to pharmacy!”
“This was my first time going to this Sam’s. Overall it was a good experience except that I had a bit of trouble with the scan & go. I pulled up the QR code while I was in line to get the code scanned. I suddenly got the feedback screen pop up and that usually pops up after it’s scanned. The employee still made me look for the QR code but I explained that I already got the feedback screen and she kept telling me to go to my receipts and I did several times and she would tell me that’s not the right code so finally she just checked the receipt and let me go. Other than that I had no issues and the samples were great as always.”

I needed to swap a product out after scanning at the till, the team member sorted it out and took the product back to the shelf (I offered) she said it was no worries. Faith restored, just too swapping Fortworth in place of Dallas.”

“This is a small neighborhood pharmacy is fantastic & the people that work there are so nice, I was having a difficult time filling an Rx at one of those big box stores (W***r**s)- the staff at those big stores treat you like a number and do not care whether they have a certain medication or whether they can even get it.A&P has always been able to get my meds right on time and they let me know in advance that they have it and are filling it - they call me!!! I don’t have to hunt them down or hold on the phone forever waiting to talk to someone. I love that they always have Christian praise music on when I go in too.Highly, highly, highly recommend.”
