“I walked into AT&T with only wanting to come out with a new phone, not knowing how to do that.. Jawaun greeted us as soon as we made eye contact. He helped me throughout the process while not being pushy and understanding what I wanted. I left because I accidentally left my wallet, I came back 20 minutes later and he was ready with my things to finish my transaction. I felt so seen and very satisfied with my purchase at this AT&T! “I don’t remember the employees name but my husband and I came into this store on 1/10/25 to replace my husband phone that broke. This employee went way beyond the normal customer service. There was a problem with the switching of his phone number but in the end she went way beyond what she had to do to make sure everything was resolved and worked out! I will find out tomorrow her name bc she did an awesome job!”
“Dennis was awesome! We were having issues with our new T Mobile Home Internet Router. I took the router in and Dennis took the bad router and got me a another router. He completely set it up for me right there on the store. Dennis was friendly and cheerful the whole time.
What started out to be a frustrating process, finding out the first router we received was defective, turned out to be stress free with Dennis. Outstanding experience Dennis! Great job!”
