Watch out this place is sneaky! My father who is elderly went to pay his phone bill last month and the CSR took his phone and added extra charges for extra service he did not approve. This month April 29,2025 he was charged extra when asked why the lady said she didn’t know and we had to call customer service on the phone. This is wrong I guess they try to make extra commissions or something but don’t trust this place.

I was trying to make my payment and they have no change for $50. Very inconvenient. You need to make it more convenient for your customers that have cash.

Got a phone fir my birthday..metro charged me 48.00 to transfer data..I get home phone had shut itself off..I tried to go back in..invalid password..been locked out of new phone since 27jun..they say they can't help me..I have to go where phone was purchased..0 customer service..frustrating..happy birthday to me..

I went in to the store Friday I was having some trouble with my phone. The young lady told me that I just need to get anothet phone that was nothing she could do. I went back in to the store today Monday Sept the 4th 2023 and Alxe help me out with my phone she told me that I had it on a different setting. She save my day by just taking her time in helping a older lady out.? Thank you Alex for your help and time . Metro pcs need more agents like Alex.

Went into the store to file an insurance claim they told me my insurance was no good that only covered the phone when it was new out of box. replace should only been 50 but they wanted to charge $129 what a rip off never go again. They're just ripping people off going to change to Spectrum they seem to do better and have more better service suggest the same to all Metro customers

They charged me 87 bucks to switch an existing line to a new phone. I called metro customer service and they informed me that I was overcharged but the guy at the store keeps insisting that that’s the new fee.

I went in there to change phones, my total was $22 I gave the guy $40 and he didn't have change so i went to my truck to get loose change and when i came back the guy said he couldn't take coins???? Money is money and if he didn't have change how else was he gone do it? I had to go back and forth a couple times to the store next door to get change all because he just kept refusing $2 in quarters. Absolutely terrible experience
