Got a phone fir my birthday..metro charged me 48.00 to transfer data..I get home phone had shut itself off..I tried to go back in..invalid password..been locked out of new phone since 27jun..they say they can't help me..I have to go where phone was purchased..0 customer service..frustrating..happy birthday to me..

I paid my bill here and also bought new phone. Girl here was very nice and good customer service.

They charged me 87 bucks to switch an existing line to a new phone. I called metro customer service and they informed me that I was overcharged but the guy at the store keeps insisting that that’s the new fee.
