Giggles Therapy is a center for Applied Behavioral Analysis for children with special needs. I have two children who receive therapy services from giggles. My children receive treatment for eight hours a day, four days a week. The services performed as assisted with make a considerable difference in the moods, behaviors, mental clarity and happiness if my children. All of the therapists seem to do an amazing job. The director of the program is phenomenal with my children. I can’t say enough good things about them. They are flexible with their hours and work with most insurance.

Absolutely phenomenal place. They truly care about each individual child and work hard to provide the best care. The BCBA’s are never sitting unless in a parent training! The heart of these workers are perfect. I could go on but there is a word limit. It’s overall best Autism Therapy Center ever!

The staff here is incredible! They have dramatically changed my 8 year olds life and have helped him progress far more than any other therapy has! The only thing I wish was the communication to be a little better. They are great keeping me informed on major events or behaviors and accomplishments, I'm just not sure what he does on a daily or weekly basis. They have handled COVID and all the chaos that has brought excellently and I commend everyone of the staff. ?

I have tried to remove my review from almost a year ago from my time with Giggles Therapy and It would not let me. Let me first apologize for my review as I was wrong and I know that Giggles goes above and beyond to enroll families as quickly as they can to get the therapy needed regardless if insurance has responded or not. Most times this was the situation, waiting on insurance. We all know the battle with insurance even for our own personal medical needs. I apologize again to anyone effected by my review and hope you consider Giggles. They strive to help children and families in any way possible.

First let me say that this family saved my son's life. We tried multiple options and all said that my son was too much for them. This family of believers, therapists, teachers, mom, and dads took my son in and have loved him through some rough times. Jerrod is higher functioning, but cannot manage in regular school system. Courtney and her team work with us on so many levels. When I forgot to finish packing my son's lunch they made sure he ate. When I needed more time for payment they understood. When there was a situation we talked about it and they made sure that Jerrod and other children were safe. They handle his outburst with grace and calmness. He loves his school and his teachers. They know us by name but still follow all the safety regulations and make us sign in and out. This family is awesome and if you are at the end of your rope call them and ask about their programs. They do field trips, pinics in the park, real life applications of how to function. We meet 2 times a month to discuss his behavior plan and care options. You cannot beat this customer service and compassion. We love our giggles family.#giggles4life#rideordiefamily

Not everyone is cut out to work in this field degree or not. Anyways I was walked into one of the rooms where the kids were coloring and about to have lunch, I was VERY disappointed at the conditions the room and kids looked like. One child had no shoes, another was fed with no shirt on, tables weren't cleaned, the room was a filth, kids faces dirty. I WOULD NOT place my child in this place. Most of the people that work there are just kids, what sort of experience can they possibly have. Smh

My son has been with Giggles for over a year and everything was great until I popped up earlier than usual. My son was force to sit in his own urine and do math work. Also, My son had marks down his arms and back. He was so stressed out that he popped blood vessels in his eyes. I no longer recommend this place. A couple weeks ago I walk in to the owners husband screaming at one of the children. My son has regressed a lot and is now biting himself. Giggles will also try to bill your insurance , regardless on whether or not you a there and will tell you that if you don't bring your child then you can loose services ( This a lie and I confirmed . It is call fraud). If your child is complaining about the staff , then I would check things out.

I worked for Giggles the past 3 summers and I have experienced such progress in some of the children there. The owner and staff goes above in beyond helping with these children. The amount of growth the children have developed is amazing. I recommend any parents to give Giggles the opportunity to work with their children. I am looking forward to working with Giggles this summer and future summers.
