As we were walking out, Annie asked my mom what she was looking for and offered to go look in the back room before we left. They ended up having the items my mom was looking for in the back, after we were already turned away by another employee. She definitely does go above and beyond for her customers!! “Love when they have sales & then coupons added makes it worth going shopping & buying.
I don't like shopping for clothes, especially since the quality of them has gone down so much that they have to be washed on gentle & air dried for them to last.
I don't like that we've gone the way of self checkout for clothes, esp when there are coupons & discounts to be added.
I didn't get trained in how to check myself out.

“Visited the James Avery counter to have some charms previously purchased from them attached to my daughter's charm bracelet. The two ladies at the counter were very friendly and attentive to our needs. They were patient and made sure that the charms were placed exactly where my daughter wanted them on her bracelet. Will definitely be back for future purchases.”

“I absolutely love this Macy’s!!! The associates are very friendly and helpful. I never carry many cards on me let alone my Macys card. On a whim wanted to step into see what great deals they had. Found staple pieces I wanted to add to my closet, and once at the register I was told to I could use my macys pay through the app upon opening my app I realized I had $50 Star Money and the associate was very honest and knew she wasn’t knowledgeable to help redeem them , but she immediately called a more tenured employee who knew exactly how to help and I got an even better deal! This is the second time I’ve had a great experience here. Customer service is top notch and the deals are even better!”

“The store is more organized than what I've seen from other stores. We got a lot of christmas shopping done and had a lot of neat items. We were on vacation and we bought our dog and she was allowed inside. Very pet friendly.”
“Price is hard to beat, variety could be a lot better. Only have cheese or pepperoni pizza, should offer combo or meat lovers for full pizzas. Drink machines are hit or miss and each of the 4 have different flavors for a specific drink (pepsi will taste different from each machine).”

“Out of every store I run errands at this is the store I come to the most. Conveniently located a few blocks from my home, always easier to grab a couple quick things on my way home. It isn't the biggest Family Dollar out there so selections area bit less but they have a plentiful amount of household items and groceries to grab what you need to finish a meal. They also add Cashapp at no additional cost. All the employees are super friendly, helpful and will go out of there way to help you. I highly recommend this location”

“I just got out of Walmart and I had a manager his name is Chris the most wonderful man in the world he went out of his way and help me out I had no food had no idea to go to the food bank to get food and no address here in Irving but he went around and helped me with enough food to get by for at least 3 or 4 days and he was out of his own Pocket God bless him and we need more like him in the world thank you so much and God bless you Chris”
