Had car trouble and called after hours. Not only did the owner answer but he offered to come to me! After telling him that I would just have it towed, he took the time over the phone to walk me through how to make a temporary repair to get to the shop where he met us at 8pm! Try getting that at a dealership! Great experience!!!
