had lots of good repairs done by arnold, but the one time his mechanic did not replace soft plug in rear of my engine but was charged over 500,00 took back after r and r ing my transmission found soft plug not replaced. told me it was head leaking not rear soft plug because mecvhanic told him it was repaced. i then tore engine apart and replaced vthe hed myself before i found it was the soft plug not the head. told arnold, he got irate and called me a liar. one bad job, but denied his fault, so cant trust him anymore
