Great service, very helpful staff. We were replacing a turbo oil seal and kept finding bad parts. They helped us find replacements. The store was clean and well stocked. Would recommend them to our friends.

Visited store to purchase a battery and Robert has the worst customer service ever. He did not want to do the courtesy check on my car battery and alternator and walked away leaving me standing there. He was on the phone with his girlfriend yelling and took it out on me the customer. I went and purchased my battery else where because I felt threatened by him. I will not return to o'reilley's again. I called and spoke to Sam the manager to let him know. I will be calling the corporate office next!!

This week I went to your store in Rio Hondo. You did not sell the cover for the radio antenna on my Hyundai 2016. I ordered it online and bought Gorilla glue from you. I am 80 yrs old and I am amaze at the service I got from Eli. He is SUPER. In the Hot sun, he glued the cover on top of my car for free. WOW! I recommend your place to everyone.
