“Called Juan’s because other transmission places couldn’t schedule me in for several weeks. Juan said send it over! I had it towed there and trusted he would look at it and determine a plan of action. He called me a couple days later with the prognosis and plan. Three days later it was done. He rebuilt the trans and replaced lines. It wasn’t cheap but transmission work is not easy and it’s a very specialized service. So far, so good! My vehicle is running fine. Thank you Juan!”

Based on recommendations from my friends, I dropped off my 2002 Excursion on Friday afternoon, and a couple of hours later, they called with a $1600 estimate with an ETA of Tuesday. On Monday morning, the truck was ready and the bill was only $1230 because not all parts in the estimate needed replacing. The air conditioner works better than I could have imagined after eight years of driving it. Extremely grateful and satisfied.”

Juan was unable to find the reason for the battery drain and recommended an Auto Electric place. He filled the reservoir for the power steering, and he didn't charge me anything for the service.”
