My battery was dead and when my friend jumped it, he noticed that one clamp on the battery was loose, causing it to lose contact. I called O'Reilly's to see if they carried the part I needed. The answer was yes so I drove right over.Not only did they have the part but a very nice gentleman put it on for me.. Great service, thanks Sergio.

My car a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander started to show Service engine soon. I was freaking out because I do not know any mechanics in town. I am so grateful for Xavier & Sam for assisting me today. The attentive to the customer needs was superior and I liked the Jeanno provided me options and wrote down my requirement's from the cost, model, interior and any other requests I had when searching for the right vehicle.
