Leticia B, she is amazing. Went to go for a passport appointment & of course it being my first time I made some mistakes ..she took the time to help me & was very sweet about it & got it all done. Went in for passports.. ended up not being able to get them because my husbands license expired next day, so many thanks to the office worker who was able to catch that and not have to wait and hear about it through snail mail. Thanks Johnny! Very professional and courteous
