“Went in to have my grandson's cell phone looked at because it was over heating and lost connection many a times. I was very suprise, they looked at it and they advised that it needed to be replaced. They mentioned that it would take 8 to 10 days before I could get the replacement. Much to my suprise they called me back the nrxt day and said the replacement was ready. Went back on the third day from the initial visit and replaced the cell. Needless to say my grandson was very happy. Very satisfied with T-Mobile services.”
