“Bob and his guys were amazing from start to finish. We were broken down 6 hours from home late in the afternoon. Bob identified the problem and located the closest parts within a 2 hr radius and got them there that evening. He had us up and running by 9 AM the next day. He was even kind enough to give us a shuttle to and from our hotel. I can't say enough for the crew at Payne. I just hope that I can find a shop in Houston that I can trust as much.”

“Stopped by Pueblo for a repair on a flat tire I had. I was quickly tended to by Hiram and he took the tire to get dismounted and repaired. Hiram came back and unfortunately the tire was unrepairable because the tire actually had a tear instead of a puncture. Hiram explained it would not be safe to repair a tear. I was glad to hear his professional opinion and regard for my safety.He promptly loaded the rim back into my vehicle and did not charge for the time it took to dismount the tire. I appreciate Hirams professionalism and courtesy; all this 15 mins before closing time. Yes I’m that customer that arrives 15 mins before closing time and expect the highest level of service.
