Bob identified the problem and located the closest parts within a 2 hr radius and got them there that evening. He had us up and running by 9 AM the next day. He was even kind enough to give us a shuttle to and from our hotel. I can't say enough for the crew at Payne. I just hope that I can find a shop in Houston that I can trust as much.”
