VERY DISAPPOINTED. I will
Not be returning to this location and I will not recommend anyone visit this Yaklin Ford. Go somewhere else..
I arrived this morning at 7:40am to drop my vehicle off for an oil change. When I walked in, I was “welcomed” by a man who must hate his life. I was not welcomed in at all. You would think the “service” center had somewhat decent customer service? I was wrong. What has happened to the world in this day where people have no respect for the PAYING CUSTOMER? We are literally paying your bills and you treat us with no respect.
Very hatefully the man told me it would be over 2.5 hours for an oil change because I did not have an appointment. I would have gladly made an appointment at a later date but Instead of helping me make an appointment for the future, he didn’t want anything to do with my business or my time.. It would have been too much trouble for him to help me make the appointment at that time.. I wouldn’t want to actually request someone do their job? LOL
This was a complete waste of my time and I will not be returning to this Ford dealership for any needs.. very disappointed.

Donnie took such great care of me. New truck getting some warranty service- and he got the part quickly and made the repair happen. Is clear why he did well in any role at the dealerships.

My mom experience with the service department was great. I brought my truck in for warranty work. Compared to other dealerships, Yaklin kept me updated with the status of my truck, I’m comparison to me having to constantly call and wait for return calls from other dealership.I was very pleased with service advisor. I feel he was very honest with me. He took the time to explain the process and was easy to talk to.Service: Transmission

Went for an inspection .. Didn't wait long. Nice ppl. Fyi ... Tint window laws have changed, they have device to check the thickness. Just be prepared.
