Ive been looking for a new place to take my dogs for daycare..my cousin and his girlfriend recommended going to pecan acres. They said nothing but good things about this place. So I was excited to bring my dogs here..I stopped by there today to take a look at the place to see if I liked the area for them..I pulled in and got out my car , a white heavy set lady approached me and said “can I help you?” Very rudely...I said yes I was wondering if I can talk to someone about daycare for my dogs her response was “well it’s going to be a minute I need to do some stuff “ I said okay and waited outside till she said it was okay to go in..she comes back 5-7mins later sticks her head out the door and says “come in” I go in and she says “we need to do this quick cause I have clients coming in” very very rudely. Huffing and puffing , rolling eyes and not once smiled. I asked if she was the manager she said “yes” and I said okay well nvm and walked out the door. Got in my car so mad how unprofessional and rude she was. I asked her if I could talk to the owners or have contact with them and she said “no” asked for a business card she said she didn’t have any. I asked for her name and she said “why” I asked nicely again for her name and she rolled her eyes and asked again “why” and told her I was leaving a bad review. This lady ruined business with me. I won’t ever go back there I would not trust that lady with my dogs.! Never got her name was she was the “manager” and was short white heavy set lady with a black lab dog. I hope the owners see this!

Wanted to see about boarding our dog with them. Texted, to response. Called and got voicemail...no call back. Thankfully they aren’t the only boarding in the area.

I called to make a boarding reservation, but only got voicemail. It took them two days to return my call. I boarded elsewhere.

Did a great job of medicating my kitty. She got lots of strokes and loving. Check-in and out was a piece of cake.

The attendants at Pecan Acres Pet Care Resort killed my cat.

My elderly cat, who had been under the care of Pecan Acres for years, was returned to me in detrimental health after a 5 day board. She died the day after I picked her up. Her declining health was ignored while in their care. Beware. Please don't let this happen to your fur-baby.

I've used Pecan Acres as a daycare for my pups for many years!! They always enjoy going for the day and love the staff. Shelby has always been especially accommodating to my crazy work schedule and ensures we are all happy! Thanks for the excellent service! �

My little fur baby is extreme special needs. She has severe aneixty and in most cases she is too much for anyone to handle. However these guys especially Sara, keep her calm and know exactly how to take care of her and put me at ease. I love this place! There is no where else in the world I would leave the care of my pet with that can do what they do! Thank you so much Pecan Acres!
