This store decides for the customer the loading capacity per truck. I went to purchase 40 blocks of 8 x 8 x 12. The loading crew mentioned that they ate only allowed to load 20 at a time. Honestly, it was very deceptive.

We are new to City of Richwood, Texas. Moved here from Ft Worth a year ago. We decided to board up for this hurricane, but was our first time ever doing so. Sunday I realized I needed window clips for the pre-cut boards. Ran up to McCoys and they were closed, but the manager Robert Paul saw me and came to see what I needed. I proceeded to tell him and he gave me 5 bags and said just go online and pay when you have time! Just wanted to say how nice it is to do business with people like this… I’m a customer for life!

Cashier rude lazy couldn't stop having a personal conversation to help. No other customers in the store so she wasn't busy.

Just going to keep it short McCoy's let a contractor come and take a loan against my address without my knowledge and he didn't want to pay the bill so they put the cost against my address. I tried to understand how it is my problem for a incompetent contractor that they gave a unlimited store credit to not paying his debts. Be aware dealing with in the future.

I ordered a gas grill On April 10th and waited until April 20th without getting a call or email from anyone at McCoys. When I called on April 20th to check the status of the order, the lady that checked on it said it arrived at the store on April 14th. You would think with today's technology that someone would have notified me it had arrived, but NO, I had to find out 6 days later when I called. Now I remember why I go to Lowes even though it's farther, they treat customers much better.

My wife saw a night light built into a receptacle cover plate in the recent McCoy's brochure. I stopped in to buy some and a wonderful employee at the front register had never seen this device so she contacted a manager who took me right to them. I love "easy" shopping.

My husband and I really appreciate the help we received from both Bill and Evelyn on the 22nd of January 2022! This was the Richwood location. Bill came over from the paint department and helped us in Windows. This was actually the second time he helped me and is very knowledgeable even though this is not his regular department. He even let me call my husband on the phone and relay messages from him. The issue we had were windows without screens and he checked all the surrounding stores but ended up hunting them down in the back so we got our two windows!! TRUELY ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE! AND EVELYN SUPERSIZE THE SERVICE AT THE CHECKOUT BY GIVING ME ALL THE INFORMATION I NEEDED ABOUT PREVIOUS PURCHASES IN A KIND MANNER I COULD EVEN TELL SHE WAS SMILING WITH HER MASK ON! These are two great problem solvers and we're so glad to have them close by

Customer service was superb. I was trying to make a decision about some light fixtures, and a young employee asked if he could help. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Shopping expedition successful!

Well this is a shame, saw isn't to good and after using it for 2 min it bent in 4 spots....all trees I was cutting down was about 4'in thick, was working great, cutting through them like butter then hit 1 that after bending 4 times I grabbed my other machete and it cut through little hard but didn't bend the blade...this is a nice tool for small brush but wouldn't recommend anything over 4 to 5 in...waste of money and just bought itEdit... Money returned but still bummed about the machete, will give a 3 stare just because they where very helpful
