Highly recommend custom car audio with any audio upgrade you might need. Met with Christian and Brandon in regards to upgrading my system and was very impressed with the quality of work. Not once did I have to call these guys and ask for an update even the owner Frank kept me in the loop about the progress and answered any questions I had . Such a great experience. Frank and his crew delivered on everything that was discussed. Frank got my 28x12s wrapped in some 335s and then he was able to get my truck bagged and delivered as promised. I also purchased wilwood brakes from Frank and he delivered again. I highly recommend this shop for any custom needs.

So. Normally don’t give reviews, but this was SO unacceptable, and I’m sure you can see why in the pictures. For starters. This is an aftermarket touch screen radio. Wasn’t sure of sound quality but was willing to give it a try. Had better reviews than this CCA company that’s for sure & THAT I failed to review.I received a verbal quote for aftermarket radio installment & asked for backing camera to be attached to the screen as well & said it can be done within 1 hour. I should have walked away when I heard that.Never pay before you see the work and have them walk you through what they “worked on” !!!I paid, walked out to my car to listen to my new radio and no sound. I walked back in and asked if one of the guys could come out to show me if I was doing something wrong. He turned my car off and back on, and then the sound came on. And so I asked, “will I have to do this every time?” He said he noticed one other time when they were pulling the car around to the front that it did that. I’m thinking why are you giving me my vehicle back when it’s technically not right. I thought maybe I was over reacting, so I drove away to go to the store & when I came back to my car I had to do exactly what the guy had just done. So I took it back and asked him if he could put my old radio back in, to which no avail said that it would cost me $80-$100 for him to do that. Oh, and he never connected my backing camera to the screen!!! Like, what did I just pay for?!?!I thought that was a little outrageous on a price to put my old radio back in after the fact that when I got home, I took the consul out in less than five minutes to get my new radio out that was never bolted in and found the three bolts in my cupholder that should’ve been holding the radio in. I Found the wire harness never supported along with the amp. I mean…i just wonder why it never really worked?!?! lolI ended up placing my old radio back in within 15-20 minutes. That’s taking the center consul out, new radio and harness out that was WAY TO EASY (should have been bolted, harnessed in, zip tied, SOMETHING!), and replacing the old one back in and center consul FLUSH. Notice in the pictures the touch screen was not flush against the temp gauge or the dash siding. And they NEVER said A WORD about any of this to me. Maybe because I’m a woman??… thought “she’ll never notice.” Well here’s your notice!I know people have “off” days, but this is beyond on an “off” day.

He's just trying to make a living but he troubleshooted on my car cost me $300 and found no answer to my problem overpriced tuner cost me $1,100 you don't work hard for your money perfect place to waste it otherwise you better know exactly what you want and be willing to spend

Owner doesnt pick up the phone, unless its the employees calling him to ask him on how to handle the situation. Owner lacks professionalism on how to treat the returning customers. Stay away from this place!!

Frank and his guys are awesome. I hated having to run a stretched 295 on my 28x12 wheels. Started searching for something better and found Frank’s shop. Put a deposit down for 2 335/25/28 tires Frank kept me informed of when he expected the tires to come in. Waited 3 months for them but it’s not Frank’s fault, he doesn’t control the cargo ships.. Completely satisfied with the tires and Frank it was absolutely worth the wait… Text the man and I guarantee you will hear from him within 24 hours he takes care of his customers. Thanks Frank.

I was going to check this place out but after reading all the responses from the owner turned me off. Professionalism and good customer service goes a long way. I'm sure others reading these responses feel the same way. It's not a good look at all.
