“These folks were recommended by a friend. We had a really great experience having our sedan repaired over the summer after someone backed into it. A minor repair fixed right. “Stopped by the Clute location on Dixie Dr store because I was in the area and needed a replacement brake light bulb, or so I thought. It was a really pleasant experience for the small amount of time that I spent in store. The counter person was friendly and asked if he could help me right away. He knew exactly what part I needed and brought it to me. We chatted with another employee making smalltalk passing time about the weather, cars etc. The store was super clean, the glass storefront windows clear and the clerks were all in clean uniforms with smiling faces. Great attitudes.”

“I was in Angleton, TX doing deliveries for my job. The engine in the company truck that I drive was heating up. So I stopped by O'Reilly to buy some antifreeze. Since I'm in a company truck, I wasn't quite sure about which type of antifreeze to use and/or how much to use. Dustin, who works at the O'Reilly location that I was at in Angleton was so helpful. He new exactly what I needed, and also gave me some important tips to know for future reference. Very nice guy and very much appreciated.”
“They were great! They really did me a service after a local oil change place broke my van door off it's track leaving me wondering if I was going to be able to go on our family trip in four days time. They managed to find the broken part and fix the door within two days, and at a very reasonable price. The door now works better than it did before it was broken. Highly recommend!”

“The best junkyard in miles! I came in for parts here & there. What struck me is when I needed a driveshaft for a custom application. Full ton nv4500 trans 4wd in a 02 chevy half ton.The owner went out of his way to measure what length I needed. He knew that I needed more yoke in the transfer case than I had with the swap. He took apart an OBS chevy 2piece shaft, verified length for me & gave me a good price!Plenty of shops wouldve looked at me & said "idk hoss.." sent me on my wayI did research on shaft lengths before coming in and couldnt figure out anything online. I would've had to uber to Houston & get a custom shaft made otherwise!”

“Is a bit expensive when it comes to everything all around but quality over quantity right? Had hydraulic hose made and had to return to get it re-maned because the guy "used a bad cut fitting." But if it were bad cut it would have messed threads up, no it was clearly squeezed in a vise or crimping machine. Wasn't funny at all. Cost me and hours pay and not to mention that was just as much as the hose! Smdh.”

“**July 2nd 2022 Update**- Blew a Transmission Coolant line. Thank goodness i was parked when this happened.Robert, Cindy & the Techs were extremely polite fast & very helpful with getting me back up & running!(Even w/ the 4th of July Holiday)Tranny did great until it blew that Coolant Line (not sure why those are not replaced with a Transmission Rebuild) & luckily I was parked at Bucees when i Noticed the smoke & killed it, so the Tranny is still good. Or the clutch packs.*Original Review*Performance has Certified Techs. I had initially thought my Sun Shield had snapped in 2002 Blazer ZR2 4x4 4L60E Transmission. I still hear a thumping noise coming from bellhousing area but who knows what that could be.They quoted me $650-$800 to replace. They pulled the Tranny & found a burnt 3-4 Clutch Pack & recommended that I get a full rebuild. $2100 Total Cost. They kept me informed, took about 2 weeks, they also called to get permission to replaced my Rear Main Seal on Engine & Output Shaft Seal for free. (Only charged a few $ for parts) I gave 4 stars because I had a couple of tranny leaks after the rebuild but they corrected the issues. She’s better than new. Great down & up shifts, also restored power. I’m sure this rebuilt Transmission will outlast my truck. Shifts better than a new 4L60E because of the improved parts they use.”
