“I've been living here for three months, and I feel safe, comfortable and very much at home. I have a great balcony, quiet neighbors, a view of the pool and nicer kitchen than most places. My dog likes the Bark Park, all the grassy areas and the dog washing station (the actual washing, though, not so much).”

Although the maintenance service is not good, they came to fix something electrical and left it worse, I disconnected everything and never returned.
I recommend the property for Hilda's professionalism at every turn until she saves.”

“This place is perfect for me! I inquired about a 1/1 with W/D connections on July 1 & they had one for rent! I applied, paid the deposit & app fee. I move in on the 26th!! They offer paid water, paid trash pickup; the only utilities the tenant pays is electricity & Internet! They also offer scheduled activities, a media room, fitness center, business center, on-site maintenance. Ms. Marilyn, the property manager, is a gem! So sweet, accommodating & caring!”
“Went by this this afternoon for a tour and met Jazmin & Ashley in the office. Ashley welcomed me into her office to get pricing and info about the property. Jazmin offered water and snack while I got info. We all went to tour. the property was clean and well maintained.I passed an older maintenance guy that was working. I look forward to making this my new home soon. Thank you management”

“Best place to live, I was so happy to live here for three years. Unfortunately I have to move for commute to work. Brenda is absolutely wonderful, very professional , friendly and Runs this place exceptionally, Veronica is amazing. responds promptly to anything you might inquire, you can’t dismiss the efficiency and prompt response from maintenance. Overall Brenda, Veronica and the maintenance team run this place Excellently. Bravo!”
