Bad experience. I went today to do highlights for my twins daughters. Virgin hair never died. I gave her a picture, she said she could do it, and she charged $325. Each one. It didn't turn out anything like that, and it was barely noticeable. For my other daughter, she dyed her hair once, she bleached it very quickly, she didn't look at the final color, and it turned out orange and on top of that orange she applied toner. And then she said that if I wanted it to look good, I would have to pay double because she has to use more product. She should have told me from the beginning. And I decide if I want to do that or go to another salon. She is not really prepared. I'm sorry. :( don't waste your money…

that's what I was looking for caramel highlights, and that was what she did. this lady doesn't know what she is doing. you barely see the highlights on the top. if you can't do that or if you don't know how to do that. just be honest and I can go to another place. money it wasn't important but I paid for a good job. but Don't say that you know what to do when you don't even know how to dye your own hair. your hair is blonde in the top and dark in the bottom, horrible. my daughter L had virgin beautiful hair. and my daughter S dyed one time. and I told you. before don't lye. You don't know how to do it, period. you are not professional, period.

Me and my daughter been coming to kacey for 4 years now. He is very professional his work is amazing. Once he does our hairs highlights cuts and blowdryer . I get so many compliments and I refere them to kacey. I would recommend kacey for you ladies hairs . When you leave the hair dresser place you will be so happy and transformed feeling so amazing. Thank you kacey for always making me and my daughter feeling so special with our hairs .

The inside of the salon was nice and clean. My stylist, Kacy, was really friendly and accommodated my late appointment, but I was not satisfied with his services -- it was overall pretty disappointing.
My cut was uneven, which I didn't notice until I got home and took a shower since my hair was styled at the salon. I ended up having to cut down the random long pieces myself, and when you're spending $80 for a haircut I feel like that shouldn't be necessary. He was also very rough with my head, which caught me off guard. I've never had someone wash my hair so aggressively before.
I'd probably come back to this salon, but go with a different stylist.

I've had the pleasure of having my hair done by Kacey for about a year now, and I can confidently say that he consistently delivers an exceptional service. Every time I visit him, I'm blown away by the amazing job he does - his attention to detail, creativity, and expertise are truly impressive. I've grown to look forward to my appointments with him, and I'm excited to continue visiting him even when I'm away at college.

I've beengoing to Aveda for years...but not this one! There's a reason for that. This Aveda should not even be an Aveda salon. The stylist I went to is rude and does what she wants instead of listening to the client. I had an extremely bad experience here with Mae and will never go to this so called Aveda salon again. Warning!

Hair color and cut that I wanted and got from somewhere else for $250; this place tried to charge me $800!!!! They were not welcoming when you walk in, more like they were annoyed that you walked in without an appointment. Asks you what you’re wanting and seats you but nobody ever comes out. I walked out the first day and came back the second day at an earlier time and same thing. Except some fruity man finally came out and told me what I wanted was going to be $800+??? He WALKED me out to the door and held the door for me…sorry did you think im gonna Rob you for hair product or something? You had to escort me out because I gasped at the price of $800?? And this is an Aveda??? Since when are they THAT high in pricing? I’ve gone to Aveda almost all my life and it was always on the cheaper side due to it being students doing your hair. Even then, ive never EVER had someone quote me more than $300 MAX.

The more I say about Kacy is less. I was a little skeptical coming in for the very first time, since he works on his whim. He feels your hair and knows what he wants to do with it. And boy, was I in for a surprise! He completely transformed my look, and won me over. He's a true artist, and the hair is his canvas. I'm so happy I found him, I trust him blindly and hope to always have him as my Hair Stylist for the rest of my life!

Kacy cut my son’s hair. He asked him to cut with the scissor (no clippers). His hair cut was HORRIBLE!!! He gave him an undercut!!!! My son was devastated going to his graduation with an undercut. He will NEVER return again!

Kacy is an awesome stylist. I was there to color my hair for the first time and I showed him a picture. He clearly understood what I wanted and hit the mark so good! I didn't want an hombre and just wanted highlights and he did a great job! His 25 yrs of experience shows in his work.

Stylist: I've been seeing Nadia for 1.5 years. I have long, thick, wavy hair, and often hairstylists don't handle my hair that well. She's amazing with my hair, and her personality is so sweet and always so positive. She's great!
