So far so good with these guys emailed them about a Firearm in stock they didn’t have it was contacted the next day by Josh . Ended up placing a special order for it over the phone he was very professional even changed some details about the order for me via text .just waiting for it to come in but have had a good customer service experience so far and is what other companies should strive to do when it comes to helping their customers .

It's been so long since I was in a gun store, I can't even tell you when it was. I called these guys, had what I wanted so made it about an hour drive. I walked in and was greeted like you get when you walk into a sushi bar! (except in English of course..) Before I even got to the counter, I told them I had called and why I had come. From that point on it was all easy, lots of info, no talking over your head about details only a gunsmith would know, etc. Started handing me guns to hold, demo the features, explaining all the newer regulations, options that take extra background, options that don't, and all at the pace I set to absorb it all. Finally, I said "Shut up and take my money" to which they obliged also! Danny is to call me when a couple of more items come in I was looking for and I expect more of the same from this great store. The people at Xtreme are the best I have ever dealt with in 40 years. When they say something you can take it to the bank. I am so grateful to have them as on of my gun dealers you can trust them and when they say overnight they do it. I am like a child and when I buy something I want it now well they provide that service thank you XTREME

My experience at Xtreme Guns & Ammo was pleasurable in every way. A gentlemen named Josh hooked me up with a pistol that fit my hands and just felt right all the way around. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place for anyone. Everyone was polite, friendly, genuine, and "Xtremely" professional. So if you choose to go here ask for Josh. You won't be disappointed.

I recently visited Xtreme guns and ammo to have a part installed on my firearm, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. The staff was knowledgeable and professional, quickly assessing what needed to be done and getting to work without any delays.
The installation itself was done in a fast, efficient manner. I expected to wait a while, but they had the part installed and everything tested in record time. It's clear that the team here knows their way around firearms, and their attention to detail was evident throughout the process.

This company is run by terrible people. I tried to purchase an M1A Rifle (total cost $ 3645.00) online, they charged my CC right away, but immediately afterward I noticed it was backordered. I called and talked to "Josh" who told me that the model is discontinued and he will be sending me some info. Next day when I called and talked to "Jason" who told me that the website info is out of date and I should consider buying some other rifle. I responded "NO" just give my money back, he promised to do so. It was not done even though I sent them 3 emails. Then this company started flashing ads on my screen. I had to go into "Google Settings" to block this. Finally I had to file a complaint with my Credit Card company. I thought businesses in Texas are always honest and fair, found out NOT ALWAYS.

Awesome store with a huge selection of high tier firearms like Staccato, LWRC, etc. definitely my new favorite place to buy from. Staff is super nice also and very knowledgeable.
