Had a pleasant visit at this branch. Mr. Charles were incredibly helpful and patient with us as well as Mr. Brain We got a GREAT deal for the entire family (4 lines and high speed internet connect). Cannot recommend this store enough. Will definitely recommend and refer friends and family to this store.

Needed some assistance with my account and a few other things and let me tell you, service was great. I was promptly greeted, the rep took the time to listen to my issue and even though they couldn’t help me with one of my issues (due to the type of account I have), they still set clear expectations and offered advice on the options available to me.The location was clean and organized. I would definitely come back.

The staff is very knowledgeable and efficient. I came in to just switch out my router and it was a quick and friendly process. They were running a great promotion that ended up saving me money and getting upgraded internet. I will definitely return to this location for my future needs.

Visited this location yesterday. Horrible service. One out of three just ket asking questions I didn't have the answers to. My point of stopping by. The other two just stood there. No one bothered to say well lets look up your account and see what might be going on." I never made it to the service counter. All questions were asked near the exit. Maybe that was their way of saying we really don't want to help, so there's the door. I know that's how I felt!!!!! NO WORRIES I WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN! You got a star because zero stars wasn't an option.

Well, Xfinity store did not disappoint! As with most Techs, they fixed my problem In a couple of clicks. Although this is Texas, don't expect a friendly greeting much less a smile. Are they taught that in Tech school? Maybe they are using AI already in the stores.
