I love this place! My dog has really bad anxiety when it comes to getting groomed from a previous bad experience but they are still able to do an amazing job with him. Michael is amazing, my dog always comes back super happy, and clean. I got him groomed and ordered a birthday cake for his birthday. I was disappointed when they opened the box and it wasn’t the shape I ordered (I requested a bone shape and the cake was heart shaped) The lady at the front desk (who is super sweet) told me that they probably ran out of the bone shaped cakes so they had to use the heart instead, I just wish I would’ve been given a heads up. At the end of the day it was still super cute and my dog loved it!

I love the way Maria made my girl Bella looked. She looks stunning. Maria was very patient and understanding with her. Definitely recommend this place.

I get my two boys (long haired Persian cats) groomed here and Maria is always great and patient with them! I also love how they schedule cats on off days to where it doesn’t startle them. I appreciate the consideration! Cat owners def try them out!

I was very specific on what I wanted done and what I did not want done to my puppy. Got a call back in less than an hour saying that she was Ready to be picked up. Got there and things that I asked to be done, was not done. The things that I asked not to be done was done. Needless to say, I was not happy with my first experience.
Of course the groomer was gone when I got there and I was told that there was no other groomer there to correct what could be corrected like the uneven feet trim and the ear cleaning.
I have a Shih Tzu with long lashes and one of her lashes was cut off. Her ponytail has been trimmed and I specifically asked for it not to be touched. Her feet were unevenly trimmed. I had to trim them myself in the store.
Her tail was trimmed, and I asked that it not be touched. I asked that her ears be cleaned and they were not. I had to take her to Petsmart to get her ears, cleaned and get the hair out of her ears.
I paid them and I will never go back nor
recommend them to anyone.
I gave them two stars because she did get a good bath, her coat was nice and soft and she smelled wonderful.

We took our little dog Lucy to be groomed and said to please use 5 blade and trim her face short. After looking at her once home she skinned her under her left leg and now has a sore, and her neck is skinned. Please do not have Van do your dog. I am so upset. Our dog is a Morkie. She is sweet and this never should happen!
