There's a reason this place has bad reviews. We're in such a nice neighborhood but the place has such horrible reviews because the staff is horrible. For example on Google it shows that they're open at 6:00 a.m. a few of us are in the Drive-Thru at 6:30 in the morning and they're not taking anybody's order. They're inside the two girls, but they're refusing to talk to anybody at the drive-thru. I'm surprised the manager doesn't look at these reviews. I'll be contacting Wendy's corporate

Ordered a drive thru sour cream and chives baked potato and 2 baked potato bacon and cheese . When I got home my daughter noticed that the light sour cream is already expired- use by Jan 11 2024. I called Wendy’s at no one was answering my phone calls for the staff to be aware

If I can put zero stars I would. I came to order 2 jr burgers with bacon and 1 bacon burger with fries and drink and ghost fries and 5 cookies and 10 piece nuggets. The manager who greeted me push me aside to a worker there who did not check my bag and I said where is my chicken and I said I will be piss if I go home and I am missing food. She kinda laugh like she don’t care. There are 6 workers and this is at 11:38am and I was the only one in the restaurant and nobody was in there yet and 2 people in the drive thru. I waited for my order and not even a sorry for the delay. No way in hell you pay these people $15 an hour to work if they are incompetent and all I got was a sorry when I called to complain missing my order of fries. Shut this place down for good please for this is my 2nd time bad service and last time.

I ordered a single with no cheese and every time the y put extra cheese, they don't listen to orders. They did not even give me a receipt so I went back to get a refund and the girl at the window didn't even apologize for their mistake. We're never going to wendys again.

They will charge you $3 more per combo here versus nearby Wendys. Fries were old and cold too.

Always rude and cold food makes it seem like I am annoying them for asking for fresh & hot food to be made. Lacking. Never going back. Poor!!!!!!! Awful!!!!!

I used to go here all the time as it is near us, but no more. Signs on the doors say open until 10:00 pm, I find both doors locked at 8. The least they can do is update their signs, and update the website advertising when they close their doors.

Terrible and old tasting food. Did not even taste like Wendy's. At least make fresh fries for customers, they were like day old lukewarm awful strips of limp potato. We have given this location numerous attempts but they are consistently awful. Last time I had a chicken sandwich and it tasted like it had sat around for days. Again this week ordered another type of chicken sandwich and it was not warm at all, tasted like 4 day old leftover hard and very thin chicken breaded fake patty. The owner clearly doesn't keep up with corporate standards, saves money by serving old food, and doesn't care to even make a fresh French fry. Will not waste our hard earned money here again. Would NOT recommend.
