I had a very bad experience with this branch. First, no manager or employee to help with scheduling appointments or greeting. Secondly, it spent hour to wait for someone can assist you. They told you to leave and book online for the other day. Lastly, even when you booked the appointment for hour long, someone will take you spot and told you to reschedule again. I’m disappointed the banker said it takes hour to just open a new account. It’s not efficient for people to sit and wait for that long for just open one account.

Horrible location!! Loyalty and tenor with Wells Fargo means absolutely nothing. Then…..when expressing your concerns, the “supervisor” keeps cutting you off and saying “hmm mmm” as if you are wasting her time. Being a supervisor myself, this is highly unprofessional and just plain rude. She showed no sort of empathy or acknowledging the concern. Just horrible!!!

Save your time and go to another branch if you need account services. The banker I dealt with was slow and clueless on how to transfer an account. Add in an incompetent manager who couldn’t help the situation and it went downhill from there. What should have been a 1 hour appointment lasted almost 3 hours. I ended up completing my service needs at another branch and got quick servicewith no additional issues. This experience seriously has made me reconsider having any accounts at Wells Fargo.

Worst branch ever! Everyone is rude. Quick to cut you off while you’re talking. I have other issues but I could write a whole novel. I’m breaking away from us horrible banking institution this weekend.

First time calling wells fargo to make enquiry about opening an acct for my son..the elderly man(Cant remember his name) whom I spoke with and saw the next day for proper appointment was nice and helpfulAnd the day of appointment, MS Camille Chowdhury was exceptional, she's super friendly, nice,efficient and super quick..made I and my twins feel so comfortable while she did d acct opening.very knowledgeable too...the bank is clean and well organized too...glad I went..

I needed a document notarized. I was told the banker was busy with someone. The banker came out and told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half before he could wait on me, and if someone came in and had an appointment they would wait on them first. I left and went across the parking lot to Chase where I also have an account. They notarized my document in less than 5 minutes.

My experience with Wells Fargo has been terrible thus far! Trying to open a new account and I was sent back twice from the branch saying I need to schedule an appointment. No follow up call or anything. I opened an account online, but unable to access after following the instructions sent in the email. Called help desk and the rep was even more clueless. She said it could take 5 to 7 days to open an account, but give at least 24 hours. WF email says application approved, and suggests ways to deposit funds. What's going on fellas!! From branch staff to online support, it's a mess. Big mess!!

Wells Fargo, please close this branch so that your customers are not harassed. The staff has no clue of what they are doing.You are wasting money on this lavish space. Staff does not justify the space. Please close the branch or hire trained people.

They need to improve their customer service. Only one teller is helping at least 7 customers. Waiting time is more than 20 minutes.

Absolutely disaster here. Branch manager lady is absolutely clue less. NOT A SINGLE PERSON IN BANK STILL NEED APPOINTMENT FOR new account. Once you ask them THEY ALL GO RUN AND HIDE BEHIND DOOR.. will be complaining this type of service to their headoffice . There is like 10 staff roaming around . But don’t want to help absolutely shameful behaviour.

I’ve been using this bank for years and have always had up and down experiences. One employee that had such an amazing attitude is Camille Chowdhury. She was absolutely patient and helpful with me while getting my bank account straightened. Definitely recommend her if you need anything dealing with your bank issues.
