The girl who answered the phone in the pharmacy is very rude.I called to see why my Rx was cancelled she told me they never rec'd it, which I know that they did. I had my Doctor call and they told her they were out of stock. They could've just called and let me know! Instead of wasting my time. If you don't like helping people you do not need to be in the medical /pharmacy industry!

Restroom was nasty. Looked like it has not been cleaned in months.I understand why the rating is so low. Pharmacy tech at window was pleasant, but, female Pharmacist, not so much.

This Walgreens is the worst. I don't know if their pharmacy staff is racist towards Hispanics. Oh, I don't know what's wrong with them, but you have to beg them to give you the medicine that the doctor ordered for our children. They go around and around. acting stupid instead of giving medicine to someone until they snore they give it to them and the last time I came and they told me that in 2 days my medicine was going to be ready and today when I came they say that they don't have any prescription from the doctor, they are rubbish, I will change to cvs better ????????????

Both in person and now that I have been waiting on the phone for 15 minutes trying to speak with someone in the Pharmacy. Walgreens "used" to be a Name brand that you knew you were getting Awesome service. Now, it has really gone down the sewer. The clerks are rude and abrasive and no one in the Pharmacy knows what is going on. I have been having to repeat myself several times over. If you are sick and need a question asked, DO NOT CALL THIS WALGREENS!

The manager of the Pharmacy (who is on duty right now— Aug.16, 2023, 7:00pm) is the worst of his kind! I came to pick up my prescription because I received a text message from Walgreens that my prescription was ready for pick up only to find out that it wasn’t and then he told me that if I was picking it up today that my insurance will not pay for it since the payment is scheduled for tomorrow (the 17th). This is the first time that I am hearing something as ridiculous as this! told him I needed my heart meds since I have gone for 2 days without it. He said he could give me a pill (just one) but I had to pay 11.99 for it.He was rude and condescending. iHe should be told that he is in a service profession. He is there to help people. People who go to pharmacies are either sick or challenged by some medical issue. The pharmacy is not a place for rude, uncaring, and unprofessional people. I did not get his name because he wouldn’t give it but he had a blue shirt with an embroidered Walgreens name and logo and his designation as “manager.” If he is a new graduate — then he is a very poor representation of his alma mater. He also didn’t learn anything about kindness and caring for human beings!I am going home with a heavy heart — literally and figuratively speaking. It’s sad. I told him that maybe it’s time for me to change pharmacies (because I’m reading the posts here and I am not the first to complain) even if I’ve been with them since Walgreens opened at this location. It’s a shame!!!

I’m not sure how happy I am with the customer service at this location. I did a curbside order just for me to wait 20 minutes outside and 20 minutes inside. There were two associate who acknowledged that I am only there to pick up. And yet I waited $40 just for it to be picked up. If you can’t or don’t want to hire people for curbside/ photographs, then just cancel or stop offering those services. I know there were two ladies with a hijab on, and both acknowledged I was there but were busy scanning others than someone who was has waited total of 40 minutes. I want to file a complaint on your pharmacy staff a male named "Marco" or some sort at 7102 FM 1464 and Walgreen. My prescription was filled incorrectly on the quantity. It was a 90 days prescription with twice a day so it should be 180 quantity. I called and inquired as to why I was not told of the shortage on which I paid my co-pay and when I'm expected to receive the remaining supply. He replied that there's a shortage from the vendor and I need to call back when I'm out of my prescription. It doesn't make any sense. If your store cannot fill my prescription as such then I should have been told so I can go to another pharmacy. You can't just fill it with whatever in stock and expect me to take action and pay another co-pay. This is an insurance fraud when you don't give the patient the correct supply when the label clearly says twice daily =180. I'm very upset with the way he responded and refused to provide the spelling of his first and last name. This person should not be working there with this kind of attitude.

I would like to leave a review on Janeva. She is such a kind and helpful person. She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. While I was waiting on my prescription, I saw/heard her treating other customers with such respect and joy. You can tell that she’s a genuine person. I was so lucky that she helped me with my prescription.

I came here to complain about the pharmacy and lo and behold a bunch of other people are complaining as well. They are so UNPROFESSIONAL it’s ridiculous. I requested a prescription refill for my mom’s much needed medicine and was told they needed doctor authorization. The doctor sent over the authorization, but when I called Walgreens they said they didn’t get it. After back and forth and being on hold for a while they said in fact they did receive it and it would be ready the next day. The next morning I called to see if it was ready and they said it would be in an hour or an hour and a half. When I called back two hours later they said it still wasn’t ready due to a “glitch” in the system, but that it would be by 3pm so I could come and pick it up. I drive the 30 minute drive to pick it up and they said we’re sorry it’s still not ready and they would need to call the doctor back because they lost the previous authorization. They told me it would be another 15 minute wait and I should pull over to the side out of the drive thru line. I refused and then their rude pharmacy staff person (Jeniva) or however you spell her name, proceeds towards tell me how it’s not their fault they lost the authorization and refused to even apologize for telling me several times the RX was ready, when I’m Davy it wasn’t. Then I get a text message from Walgreens saying it would be another day before the RC would be ready. This is a medication my mom needs to survive and they totally just treated it like it was unimportant. They all need to be fired, especially that rude (Jeniva)

Markell (from the pharmacy section) was very friendly and helpful when I came in for my medications. He has great customer service and was pleasant to speak with.

The pharmacist and the technicians at this location are so unprofessional and just plain mean attitude especially the technicians. They sent me messages stating that my prescriptions were ready, when I got there they weren’t ready. Next day, they sent me a message again but this time saying that I had to pay for my meds, when I called them, they were like just don’t pay attention to that, I mean heck you sent all these messages but they weren’t even corrected, they didn’t even apologized for their mistakes and just like “are you done?” If you’re not happy with your job, then just quit instead of being like that to your customers.

Extremely unhappy with the service I received from the pharmacist working on March 2nd at 10:00am she was extremely unprofessional she laughed at me multiple times. She questioned my address I live in cypress but my job is 3 min away from the pharmacy but I shouldn’t have to explain that to her at all. Please work with the employee about professionalism.
