I heard bad things about this pharmacy but i didn't believe it until i was there and the Pharmacist (Asian lady) was unwilling to help me with my medication because she wants to go home. I pleaded with her and told her i made it before 9pm, but she said they close in less than 10 minutes and she has to type all the medication and doesn't want to make mistake. the other Asian guy was willing but this Sandra had no empathy, despite the fact that i made it before closing. This is pure laziness and inhuman! especially when you see me coughing. That is why they have a bad rating. i will be filing complaint with the FTC and other regulators. this is a violation of human rights, especially when it says they close at 9pm, and i made it before closing...

Today in this branch I was denied payment for a service that I have been doing here for 8 months, although I know that there are people in training, I am patient, but today a boy named Gabriel helped me kindly and told me that it was his first days so I asked her boss, the store manager named Daysi, to process the payment, to which she required my passport or state license, strictly denying me the collection service. I do not recommend the store even though they have people who try to do their job. Not their bosses so I don't recommend this branch I had to go to CVS and they didn't even ask me for i.d. to process my payment thank you it will be my favorite store.

stole my pick up order, I did not even pick up the order and they stated I picked up and got to know internal they stole on top of that when I called they answered so rudely and badly, this is so bad. I am gonna file police complaint

The girl who answered the phone in the pharmacy is very rude.I called to see why my Rx was cancelled she told me they never rec'd it, which I know that they did. I had my Doctor call and they told her they were out of stock. They could've just called and let me know! Instead of wasting my time. If you don't like helping people you do not need to be in the medical /pharmacy industry!

Restroom was nasty. Looked like it has not been cleaned in months.I understand why the rating is so low. Pharmacy tech at window was pleasant, but, female Pharmacist, not so much.

This Walgreens is the worst. I don't know if their pharmacy staff is racist towards Hispanics. Oh, I don't know what's wrong with them, but you have to beg them to give you the medicine that the doctor ordered for our children. They go around and around. acting stupid instead of giving medicine to someone until they snore they give it to them and the last time I came and they told me that in 2 days my medicine was going to be ready and today when I came they say that they don't have any prescription from the doctor, they are rubbish, I will change to cvs better ????????????

Both in person and now that I have been waiting on the phone for 15 minutes trying to speak with someone in the Pharmacy. Walgreens "used" to be a Name brand that you knew you were getting Awesome service. Now, it has really gone down the sewer. The clerks are rude and abrasive and no one in the Pharmacy knows what is going on. I have been having to repeat myself several times over. If you are sick and need a question asked, DO NOT CALL THIS WALGREENS!

The manager of the Pharmacy (who is on duty right now— Aug.16, 2023, 7:00pm) is the worst of his kind! I came to pick up my prescription because I received a text message from Walgreens that my prescription was ready for pick up only to find out that it wasn’t and then he told me that if I was picking it up today that my insurance will not pay for it since the payment is scheduled for tomorrow (the 17th). This is the first time that I am hearing something as ridiculous as this! told him I needed my heart meds since I have gone for 2 days without it. He said he could give me a pill (just one) but I had to pay 11.99 for it.He was rude and condescending. iHe should be told that he is in a service profession. He is there to help people. People who go to pharmacies are either sick or challenged by some medical issue. The pharmacy is not a place for rude, uncaring, and unprofessional people. I did not get his name because he wouldn’t give it but he had a blue shirt with an embroidered Walgreens name and logo and his designation as “manager.” If he is a new graduate — then he is a very poor representation of his alma mater. He also didn’t learn anything about kindness and caring for human beings!I am going home with a heavy heart — literally and figuratively speaking. It’s sad. I told him that maybe it’s time for me to change pharmacies (because I’m reading the posts here and I am not the first to complain) even if I’ve been with them since Walgreens opened at this location. It’s a shame!!!
