Never never never print your photos here. They desperately need a new printer. Every picture they print has a horrible line running across the photo. I’ve printed 6 months apart at this location and the same thing. Asked them to reprint and they told me that’s how the printer is.

I really would like to know why it takes days for a prescription to be filled. Once it is filled, it takes forever when picking it up. This store is the absolute worst.

Very poor service ,Employees don't know what to tell customers specially FEDEX should not be there,Horrible customer service at the counter.
Please DO NOT GO there with your Fedex drop off.

Worst pharmacy ever, they are super slow and their system always down , takes forever to get my medication, drive thru is so slow ,take 20 minutes or more to be next in line . Pls do something for this location, and I just got the news my med is not ready though I got the call to pick it up.

I had so many bad experiences with the pharmacy that I moved my business to the Jackson Street location. On more than one time I received an alert my medication was ready, went and sat in the agonizing long line in the pharmacy drive through for them to tell me it "wasn't ready yet"? What? Why?In addition, half the time they didn't have it and I would have to wait for days for them to get it in.Unfortunately, on top of this the final straw was I got really sick and my doc sent in the prescription by fax. I waited a few hours, went up there to get it and they told me it wasn't ready yet and could I come back in an hour. When you are sick and feel like deaths door, no I do not want to come back in an hour! I want it now. This happened way too many times to be a "busy" issue-this is an incompetent staff and management issue. I have not had any issues since I moved it to the other Walgreens.

avoid this pharmacy if you can. if you are close to this one I highly recommend going a few minutes further to the one off of fry road in Katy. they never send me texts on when my prescriptions are ready or if there is a issue with the order. I just called during my lunch to see if my doctor had sent it to this location and to see what time it would be ready and the first thing the lady who answered the phone said to me was, " next time use the app to check this... we are trying to reduce our call volume". Which I totally understand in trying to accomplish that goal, but there was a way better to inform the customer of this information. After I said I didn't know and I really was just calling to see if it was sent here she continued with an attitude to say "you can still do that through the app". I was not ugly at all beige or after her help. I'm just disappointed to know this is how they treat and allow their employees to talk to people.

Worst ever pharmacy in Texas I must say. After 4 phone calls and 9 hours of wait the medicine was still not ready. There are people waiting in the lines for at least 25 minutes each. Staff pretend to be heck busy but nobody’s orders are ready ever in time. Need to close this location if they can’t provide even average services.
