Horrible service. This pharmacy location needs to shut down asap. Always late on filling the prescriptions. This time they said it will be ready in later during the day. When i went to pick
up my childs medicine they say its out of stock. Why didnt you notify me that before.

The wait at the pharmacy here is the bane of my existence. I’ve been standing in this line for over 30 minutes. I just want to get my prescription and go home but there’s no sense of quick and efficient here. They need new employees, more people etc.Some say Im still waiting here to this day.

Prescription refills are processed when they want; experienced days and even weeks. They process them and send to a different location sometimes and don’t know why. The excessive long lines. Ridiculous. I’m baffled that there has been no improvement with so many concerns and complaints voiced.

Well, it usually ends up taking a little extra time to get my meds but I’ve noticed these guys and gals are hit hard all day everyday and I don’t think it’s entirely all their fault on why it takes a while for meds to be ready. If people just used the app they’d be less frustrated by waiting in long lines. Plus there’s some really really stubborn people that literally won’t move from line to push the pharmacist to rush their scripts after they drop their prescriptions off and basically force everyone to wait until they finally move. To the employees at this Walgreens thank you for all your help y’all are crushing it.

Might be switching to CVS very soon like my husband. This pharmacy Walgreens has been the worst service EVER. Many issues. Just yesterday I called about a status since I usually get a text or call. The pharmacy said there's an issue with my daughters medication and then I got transferred and they said it will be ready at 5 LOL. They never said what the issue was or anything. It's always something. They need to fire the employees and start fresh or get better training on customer service. Oh and forget picking up when you get an alert your medicine is ready! They always have an excuse...one time I got so upset I said something nicely in the drive through window and they said okay hold on wait a few minutes and then I got my medicine! Like come on! I got young kids and don't have time to go around the damn building to wait an hour or go back at 5! They suck so bad I've never been to a horrible Walgreens in my life. HELLO COOPERATE please help and do your job.

They do not fill your prescription until you wait in line and get to the counter, even if you receive a text confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. If you wait in the drive thru, they tell you it will take 20-25 minutes and to come inside. Been that way every time as long as I can remember. Trying to move all our prescriptions to be filled elsewhere. This place is just awful.

Seems to be a trend. They tell you your script is ready and when you arrive it’s not. They have done this to me at least 8 times. There solution every time is “get back in line we will make it now.” I understand why this is the worst Walgreens in the area.

Terrible customer service and manager and one of his employee was so confused.I ordered the pictures for pick up and they were so confuse .manager and employee who was a young guy.they couldn't find my order and also he didn't communicate with me I was the one who asking him are you looking for my order?!I asked them to charge me for the picture first I asked to trash it,he didn't know how much to charge me.he wanted to charge me for a pic that ordered online for 4.49 he asked me to pay $9 something.then I found them the price online which was $4.49 for a picture of 8 by 10.he was keep saying that's $9 something untill I showed them the right price online.they didn't want to accept their own mistakes,both manager and his employee.when I asked him you better to not work in this department,manager instead of say sorry or something they were so rude and started arguing with me and also his employee too.this old guy manager is not right to be here since he has no idea how to work or train his own employees to not wasting people's time and money.and train them to how communicate with customers.so CUSTOMER SERVICE was sucks.I never seen that type of things in this Walgreen before.maybe yo guys need to work better and try to not arguing with customers.never get back here AGAIN.so confused.

Worst pharmacy ever! 30 minute wait every single time, inside or out no matter the time of day. They have zero sense of urgency. Worse than the post office. Kroger across the street never has a line and customers are in and out.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever been too. Every employee here needs to be fired. The worst is this girl named Valerie. Her attitude is horrendous and just downright ugly. We came to pick up our prescription and it wasn’t ready as usual, she had the nerve to say “we close in 30 minutes so I can’t fill it”. Mind you this was after placing the order 24 hours ago.Corporate, please fire every PT working at this location.

Very unprofessional. Waited an hour in the drive through line. I was only 5 cars back. Need to go to CVS instead.
