The worst I have ever seen a customer support responds in any store for that matter . All we needed was getting a sim and activate it for our new Sim enabled Apple Watch .
The rep was like what ?
Go home and talk to customer care .. We are existing customers with 4 lines and wanted to add a new line .

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Please avoid this place, their associates don’t care about customers. Don’t waste your time going there, this associate had zero knowledge what he was doing, the guy with tattoo on his right had (sorry I didn’t get his name) who was helping us constantly had to go back and ask manager about everything and still at the end we had to leave by him saying if you want to know what are these charges for then you will have to go home and call customer service. I mean what is he for?? Isn’t that his job the clear any of our confusion??? ALSO, he exited out of our account on his tab while we are still there understanding the charges, asking to place order, and he asked us to go home and place order online. Why should we go there if they are going to send you home without help and ask to call customer service?

About a week ago we stop by the store looking for for the iPhone 16. There’s a young Hispanic/Latino male. No very professional. He totally dismiss my boyfriend and I . He didn’t even bother to offer us another iPhone available. We end up going to a different store. We purchased the 16 Pro Max / TB for 1699.00 I will never go there nor refer anyone to that location.

I got a new phone yesterday and was having trouble setting it up. I went to the store and the sales rep said we don’t do any new phone setup after 6pm. Also it’s a charge of $39. That’s ridiculous. First off I bought the phone from your company and you have the audacity to say you can’t help during business hours? Super rude and this is not how you should do business.

Stephen was extremely helpful and very patient with me and he got my problem taken care of. In spite of having other customers, he assisted me in between.

Went into the store to do an exchange. They stated they got an error and to call the customer service line. Called the line and they asked Manager to do in-store and she stated she wanted them to complete my exchange. I only had 5 days before my return window was closed. Custoemr service stated they were shipping me a label. Now it's been a couple weeks and still no label. Called customer service just for them to tell me I am out of return window. Horrible experience and won't be purchasing any additional items.
Update: Thw watch was delivered 7/8 and now as of 7/15 they still refuse to give me a refund. I originally wanted to exchange for a 44mm but now I want a refund. Now I'm told I need to wait a couple more weeks. This is ridiculous!! This will have been over a month process in next few days. Unacceptable!!

My daughter's phone was lost/stolen yesterday, so we went to the store to see what options were available. We didn't want to pay the insurance deductible since it was a "free" phone with the line. Christine helped us so much. She searched through my account and found an option that would work for us. This was having a free 4th line, which came with a free phone. So my daughter got a new phone. Christine also helped us set it up. She was helping us for a good two hours. Poor thing. We were there until closing. She was super helpful and super patient with the situation and with the setup since my daughter forgot her AppleID (lesson learned). So great experience at this store due to Christine's diligence and patience and knowledge of the available products!

Michael was amazing!!! My phone went into accessibility mode and I was unable to use it or even google go to fix it. Michael already diagnosed my problem before I could even really explain it and fixed it immediately. Love the team here at Verizon! Highly recommended!!!

The Verizon corporate store in Richmond, Texas has new staff! The new staff was very much needed and they are very professional patient and considerate. Edwin and the store manager went above and beyond to assist me with hacking issues and cyber stalking for an hour and 45 minutes. Knowing I was danger Edwin and the store manager exhausted every avenue to keep me safe! I’m truly grateful!
