I am so, so impressed with the service and owner of this location. We've been using this store for years with good service and recently had an experience that really made me decide we'll be 100% loyal to it moving forward (at least while George owns the place for sure!) We had to make an insurance claim for a package (through no fault of the store's) and they took care of us with such expediency and care. Literally, within three days I received notification of the approved claim and they not only covered the package content value, but refunded the shipping cost as well. I didn't have to fight, didn't have to persist, didn't have to be patient .... It was just handled so professionally, compassionately and quickly. Honestly, this kind of care is rare these days and it was a breath of fresh air for me when it happened. George is a gem. I highly recommend this location.

Elliot is really unhelpful, I was there to make a return and he just didn’t wanna help me at all. He was saying things that were unnecessary and he needs to be better at assisting people if hes working at UPS. Very bad experience
